Query raised by bidders and Bank's clarifications are as under:

A pre bid meeting has been held on 19.10.2018 at 3.30 pm in Bank of Baroda, Baroda Bhavan, Alkapuri,

Vadodara in front of executive committee members, Bank officers with bidders wherein bidders have

raised the queries whose point wise clarification/confirmation is as under:

mentioned in tender. Hence, Point no.4 of Page no' 25

Titled Tools & Plant is not applicable'

4 As per the Gratuity Act, a worker is entitled forGratuity, if he has put up minimum 05 years

service. Whether it is applicable in this case?.

5 Safety Code: Scaffolds- Whether it is applicable? Tender Terms and conditions remains unchanged.

6 Since it is a Service Oriented tender, the totalnumber of days in a month may be considered

for payment. lt should not be limited to 26 days.

o One similar completed work for each job (single job or combined offer from oneparty) costing not less than Rs. 75.2 Lakhs

1. All common set of conditions/ Corrigendum No. 1 form part of tender i.e. contract agreement.

The same shall be sealed and signed as acceptance of those conditions without any modifications

and submitted along with the tender bid. Non acceptance of the common set of conditions/

Corrigendum by the bidder or adding any other condition shall be treated as conditional tender

and price bid of such tenderers shall not be opened.

The bidders have to submit "Unconditional Tenders" since all the queries have been clarified.

Conditional bids / Tender are liable to be rejected.

Tender submission date shall be 29.10.2018 till 14.30 hrs. in the office of General Manager,

Bank of Baroda,Office Administration Dept., 7th Floor, Baroda Bhavan, Alkapuri, Baroda.

The technical will be opened on 29.10.2018 at 15.00 hrs, at above address in the presence ofauthorized representatives of the tenderers ( who are present).

The Price bid will be opened at later date, of those firms/ contractors/ agencies, who fulfill therequirements / criteria put in the tender document.Other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
