Will you give this your attention! Our church funds are low. We used all our reserves to finish the renovation and redevelopment. We knew this would happen. We have not been able to build up any reserves. In the past two to three years our compliance costs, insurance, and overheads have become higher. It is so important to balance the mission and service work with operating costs. The people of this Church are generous. They always have been.

We have other activities that we want initiate in our Church and Community Centre, but we always endeavour to pay our way. The Church does not receive Government or Council assistance. Sometimes we work to get funding for special projects.

The easy way for a church to support its activities is through the regular committed giving of its people.

You are invited to give through internet banking (01 0262 0010575 000-St Heliers Presbyterian Church); or through special envelopes (a number for each giver), or through the offerings in the plate each Sunday. When giving through Internet Banking: Please include your name in the reference so that a tax receipt can be issued to you. all donations are tax deductible. Strict confidentiality is observed for everyone. Enquiries to John Spencer ph. 575 4942 or 021 116 4002 [email protected]

We welcome the Gower family and their extended family and friends.

Campbell and Rachel Gower bring their two boys Aidan and Toby to be Baptised. A special welcome to Grandparents and

the Godparents, Tony and Michelle Lomas and their children.
