WHEREAS, the Annual Investment Program (AIP) was made through various participatory planning sessions and community assemblies and that the people played primary roles in the production of the AIP;

WHEREAS, the AIP indicates our aspirations on socio-economic, local administration, infrastructure and utilities and is our guide in the implementation a sustainable development programs/projects in our Barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Addang Mantillo and duly seconded by all present, BE IT;

RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED that we, the people of Barangay Danac East, Boliney, Abra do hereby adopt his Barangay Annual Investment Program with a budget of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS & 20/100 (P160,483.20) for the Calendar Year 2013;

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY DANAC EAST, BOLINEY, ABRA AND ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) IN THE AMOUNT OF NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY

FIVE PESOS (Php970, 845.60) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2013

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay and the Barangay Development Council submitted to this August Body their Annual Budget and Annual InvestmentPprogram (AIP) for review and approval;

WHEREAS, upon thorough review and deliberation, this body came to the conclusion that the Annual Budget and the Annual Investment Program (AIP) of Barangay Danac East are responsive to the goals and objectives of the Barangay and is in consonance to the Vision and Mission of the Local Government Unit (LGU);

NOW THEREFORE, after a thorough deliberation on the matter and premises considered, on motion of Sangunniang Bayan Member Hon. Dominador I. Sianen duly seconded by the body, BE IT-

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve and thereby deemed operational the Annual Budget and Annual Investment Program (AIP) of Barangay Dao-angan, Boliney, Abra in the total amount of NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS (Php970, 845.60);

RESOLVED FINALLY, to transmit a copy of this resolution to all concerned agencies and instrumentalities their information.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY, this 15th day of January 2013, at Boliney, Abra.
