1. Locker at a glance
1.1 Main components
DKC series locker access controlled by embedded PC with the management systemfor storage, mainly made up of input device (Keypad, coin acceptor), output device
(LCD display screen), embedded PC center and battery. The main functions as
following:
Information, the status of locker and operation tips will be showed on LCD
screen.
8 management password, each staff can manage the locker by own password.
Advanced setting menu: all system features could be set by the menu.
Managed query function. Can check lockers record, current using time,
accumulated using times. minor failure Self-detection
Infrared sensor: detect any item left behind in locker(optional).
Door closed auto detection: refuse to close door when there is illegal goods.
Time display
1.2 Application Occasion
Suitable for any occasions where customer or staffs personal belonging need to be
secure, such as supermarket, shopping mall, school, library, theme park, swimming
pool, station, airport, office, etc.
1.3 Display content
Switch on the power button of locker after installing well and each components
approval. Completed display as following :

Means: Available, Available for customer.Means: Not available, have legitimate password and have items.
Means: Not available, have legitimate password but no items.
Means: Fault, no legitimate password but have items. You need use
management code to clear this locker for next customer.

2. Basic features
2.1 Power switch and management switch

To turn your locker on or off:
1Plug the power cord into an AC power outlet.

Switch Red button on, your locker turns on.3Switch Red button off, your locker turns off.
To enter management model:
1Plug the power cord into an AC power outlet.
2Switch Black button on, your locker goes into management model.
3Switch Black button off, your locker goes into standby model.
2.2 keypad for management control
When you enter the management model, you need use keypad to enter managementcode to control locker. The red button is Yes and the yellow button is No.

Note: if overtime for example 72 hours , the system will automatically lock the
lockers bank no matter where there is belongings or no belongings in the door.
Only your staff can clear the lockers with management code (REMEMBER THIS
TIP ).
3. Admin staff control
Switch on the locker and enter Management model, and then you will need to enter
the 8 digit number.
3.1 Admin staff command digit
The command digit is composed of 8 numbers. The first digit is admin staff number,
the second is the command code, the third to the sixth numbers are the Admin staff
password, and the last 2 numbers are locker number(00 represents all locker banks).

Admin Staff Number: it is one digit number from 1 to 8 means that there are 8

controllers at maximum.
The order code: 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 represents different orders.
The admin staff password: it is composed by four numbers, the default is 9999.
The locker number: 00 represents all locker banks.
The following is an example for Number 1 controller with the default password is9999.
Use selecting the number/function you want , use Yellow button to cancel
and use Red button to enter.
3.2 Date/clock setting (2) N2PPPPP00
For example: enter 12999900 and the LCD screen will display:

3.3 Change the default Admin staff password(3) N3PPPPP00
For example: enter 13999900 and you will be prompted to enter new password and
confirm password.

3.4 Emergency open/check item in the locker(6) N6PPPPPDD
DD represents the door Number (00 represents all locker banks.)
For example: enter 16999902 and 02 locker will open.
enter 16999900 and all locker will open.
The system will save this operation records automatically.
3.5 Remove item/user(7) N7PPPPDD
DD represents the door Number (00 represents all locker banks will be delete.)
Please note: Admin staff must make sure there is nothing in the locker bank at first,
and then could remove the locker records/user for the next user.
This order is for clean up the records of an abnormal operated box, then the box can
be hired by the next users.
The user only could be removed after open/check locker.

3.6 Check records(8) N8PPPPDD
DD represents the locker number
For example: enter 18999902 and the screen will be:
Locker number: 02Password: 1030
Time: 001 hour and 026 minutes
Charge: 001 $
Only the locker with legitimate password could be checked.
3.7 Total records(9) N9PPPP00
For example: enter 19999900 and the screen will show:
0112Locker 01 08-10-12:20
This means Locker 01 is inquired at 12:20 on August 10 and it has a revenue of $112.
4. Advanced setting menu
Switch on the locker and enter Management model, and then enter the 8 digit number
advanced management password. The screen will show as below:
Use selecting the number/function you want , use Yellow button to cancel
and use Red button to enter and confirm.
4.1 Admin-password (change the admin staff password 1-01)
Pres CONFIRM button, the LCD will display:
Management password no.01
New password :__________
Confirm password:__________

Please contact to the seller in case of forgetting the password.
4.2 Parameter format (recover to ex-factory setting) 1-02
Please be carefully to execute this operation, all setting will be reset to factory
setting.
4.3 Code management (Admin staff password format) 1-03

4.5 Charging-set (Pay rate of the locker) 1-05
Press red button into the following interface to set lockers charge.
4.6 Fee (need to pay or free of charge) 1-06
4.7 Cabinet (set up the locker No. 1-07)
Select Locker Number setting, and input the corresponding number.
Remarks: The altered content will be valid only by Return in the Parameter
setting.
4.8 Total doors (total locker banks in one locker set 1-08)
The default total locker banks is 28. Put in the corresponding number of total locker
banks in one locker set.

4.9 Setting-box-sizesmall,medium and big1-09
There are 3 different size rectangle. The small rectangle represents small size locker,
the medium rectangle represents medium size locker and the big rectangle represents
big size locker.
4.10 Admin-number (Admin staff number) 1-10
Each locker could have 8 admin staff at most, they can have different number, for
example, 16****01, 26****01After format the system default is: 1 person.
4.11 Gray 1-11
This is for adjusting print density.

4.12 Illegal-O-A 1-12
Move the cursor to this option and press red button to disable function or use this
function.
No means this function is disable.If it is 5, it means if customer put luggage in a illegal locker, the door will could not
be closed by 5 times. After 5 times, the door will locked and only could be open by
staff.
4.13 Detector 1 1-13 not available for this locker
4.14 Position 1-14 not available for this locker
4.15 Cutting-knife 1-14
This is for adjust the speed of the blade to cut the paper. Smaller number means faster.
4.16 Main-locker 1-15
30 means this locker has 30 doors.
4.17 Left-side 1-17 not available for this locker
4.18 Right-side 1-18 not available for this locker

4.19 Clock-setting 1-19
This is for setting the time and date on the locker
4.20 Mode6 1-20
30 means if the barcode is printed,but customer did not take the barcode in 30 seconds.
The barcode will be invalid.
4.21 Close-alert 1-21
Not available for this locker.
4.22 Paper1-22
This is for setting the length of receipt. L means long and S means short.
4.23 Detector2 1-23
This is for turn on or turn off the infrared sensor in the locker.
There has a sensor attached into the locker bank. Each locker bank correspond with a
little grid on the LCD screen, its shown the corresponding locker bank has item or not.
Full black represents has item in the locker bank, the low part black means occupied
but no item, the up part black means locker sensor broken or users put belongings into
the locker bank before he/she got the password or such access codes.

4.24 Benchmark1-24
If Benchmark is 0000, its means locker number start from 01.
If benchmark is 0030, its means locker number start from 31.
If you want set the benchmark is 0000. You need to move the cursor to the benchmarkand press red button, then enter four digital number like 0000.
4.25 One time rental/hourly rental 1-25
Hourly rental means user could re-enter the locker as many time as they want
within a time limit (hours).
One time rental means the pin-code only use one time.
Users need to choose the PIN number for keeping use a locker press 3, or
finishing with a locker press 4.
Hourly rental means user could re-enter the locker as many time as they want
within a time limit (days).
User could re-enter the locker with no time limit.
4.26 Maxmum-rental 72 hrs 1-26
You can set up the maximum time limit. You can chose 1-99 or disable this function.
4.27 Back1-27
Cation: you must select the back and press Red button to confirm all the setting.

5.1 Emergency open/check item in the locker procedure
Carefully ask customer how he/she store item and what does he/she have inside
the locker.
Ask customer to fill the Emergency open/check item sheet for record.
Use admin staff command code to check the lockers status.
Use admin staff command code to open the locker and check item.
5.2 Admin staff need to know
How to use the locker
Change password regularly
Check every lockers working condition before use
Clean up locker before close and record item left by customer.
Check every locker before remove password/user Switch management button off when you finished your management operation
5.3 Customer need to know
Follow the screen to store and retrieve item.
Keep your password,locker number and timespan in your mind.
Dont store your item into the opened locker
Take cash and valuables with you.
