St. participated in ‘The Digital Wellness Online Challenge Quiz Competition’ and received the certificates for the same. Totally 25 students participated in the above mentioned online examination which was conducted in the school. 3rd Aug. 2015 SEMINAR ON IRON DEFICIENCY, ANEMIA AND MENSTURAL HEALTH AND HYGIENE The seminar was organized to spread awareness among the adolescent girls. The unit test paper showing was done on 28th August and parents were invited to discuss the performance of their wards. 13th Aug 2015 The power-point presentation program was organized for the students of XIIth Commerce on the topic “E-Commerce & M-Commerce”. 7th August 2015 [B.H.S. GEN.ST] 2ND ANNUAL LEAAD AWARDS The 2nd Annual Leaad Awards ceremony was organized by Foundation for capability Building on 7th August 2015 at C.C. Mehta Auditorium. 17th Aug 2015 [B.L.S] EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO DIET INSTITUTE & SCIENCE COMMUNITY CENTRE The students of std. IX of B.L.S visited to DIET Institute – Maths Lab & Resource Centre which was managed by Mr. Sanjay Shah. He oriented students with Mathematics Jargons like Volume, Area, measurement & also with teaching aids of parallel lines & transversal explained different angles. He also solved some worksheet based on various concepts & students also solved worksheet in groups. The students also visited science community centre and visited energy hall, bio technology hall and view few presentations and models. 22nd Aug. 2015 FIELD TRIP IIM – A & RIVER FRONT [B.L.S (XI & XII) & B.H.S, GEN. ST.] An Educational Trip to IIM-Ahmedabad was organized for the students. All the students were very enthusiastic about the trip. The trip started at 9.30 am in three buses. In IIM-Ahmedabad, the students were shown classrooms in new and old building, auditorium, residential colony for the staff, conference halls, library, main entrance, under road tunnel and seminar halls. The students enjoyed visiting the large and beautiful campus. The students were informed about the history of IIM-A, its architecture, different courses and other related matters. Lunch was provided at IIM-A Canteen. We proceeded towards beautiful Sabarmati River Front from IIM-A. The students enjoyed different rides at River Front. It was one of the most memorable events for everybody. 23rd Aug 2015 JCI BARODA METROPOLITAN – VIBRANT IMPACT 2015 [B.L.S & B.H.S] The students of B.L.S & B.H.S Gen. Project and model was based on Cell Structure. 15th Aug 2015 INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION 69th Independence Day was celebrated with great zeal. Hon. Trust Members Shr Milin Mehta, Shri Jagdish Shukla, Shri Mayur Swadia, Shri P.S.Patel, Shri S.R. Iyengar, Shri Gaurang Pandya President Baroda Lions Club Heads of all the branches of BHS graced the occasion. Shri Ketan Parikh was the Guest of Honour and Mrs. Prerna Mohite was the Chief Guest for the day. Mrs. Prerna Mohite addressed the audience. The program started with Flag Hoisting by the Chief Guest, followed by Zanda Geet and National Anthem.

16th Aug 2015 INDEPENDENCE CUP – 3 [B.L.S & B.H.S.,GEN.ST] Independence Cup – 3 was held at Ahmedabad on 10th August 2015 & students played U-17 Boys category, U – 20 Boys category & Girls Open Category. Anjali Agrawal & Manan Zaveri of Std. XII B.H.S., Gen. St represented at this event. Dhrumil Bhavsar of Std. X of B.L.S played U-20 & represented the school. BADMINTON Jui Shah, student of std. XI of B.H.S.,Gen.St. played badminton at State Level held at GAEKWAD BARODA GOLF CLUB & was awarded 2nd position with silver medal. Jui Shah also participated in Gujarat State Major Ranking Badminton Tournament, 2015 in U-17 category and reached till the semifinals in mix-doubles & U-19 in singles. ST] Anjali Agrawal, student of std. XII of B.H.S.,GEN.ST got selected in Baroda Team by BARODA DISTRICT FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION. She represented Baroda in the tournament held by Gujarat State Football Association at Baroda during 25th to 28th August 2015 & was announced winner team & awarded as BEST PLAYER OF THE TOURNAMENT. Anjali Agrawal has played various matches at district level and got selected for NATIONALS. Aymaan Pathan, a student from XIIth of B.H.S. Gen.St. was selected

for Baroda Team [BARODA DISTRICT FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION] in the category of U-19 & Open. He has also represented in U-17 at Mehsana, State level and at Chandigarh, National Level in the team of Gujarat State Football Association in the last month. Aymaan Pathan has been selected and playing for Mumbai Club at Mumbai and receives a token amount of Rs.4500 per match.
