The 6th form Career Ready group from Barr’s Hill visited Barclays Bank at Westwood Business Park.

They took part in a session ran by Matt Matthews and three other colleagues from Barclays to help prepare them for group exercises and psychometric tests within an interview situation. They were allowed to practice group activities, considered their performance with the help from their Barclays facilitators, before having a second try to see if they could improve. The students all said that they had found it a very helpful session, which should assist them in preparing for real interview situations.
