Step 2: Install the Drawer Slides with the Hook Dowelinto the front QuikTray Support at the top and bottomlocations.

Step 1: Place the QuikTray™ Support behind the faceframe, sitting on the floor of the cabinet. The QuikTrayshould be located on the floor of the cabinet forsupport. Staple or screw the support to the EndPanel. (Complete both sides)

Base Standard Cabinet Installation:

Step 3: Then install the Drawer Slides into the BackQuikTray Strip. Staple or screw the Rear QuikTrayStrip to the End Panel. (Floating the Back Support Stripsfor the proper location.)

Move the Drawer Slide Cabinet Members to thedesired location and install the Rollout Tray into theCabinet.

NOTE: Installing the QuikTray Supports on the floorof the cabinet allows the weight of the rollouts andit’s contents to be supported throughout the cabinet.

How To DoAdjustments

Lift up on the slide to unhookit and move it to the newposition.

Step 3: (From Basic Installation) Then install the DrawerSlides into the Back QuikTray Strip. Staple or screw theRear QuikTray Strip to the End Panel.(Floating the Back Support Strips for the proper location.)

Move the Drawer Slide Cabinet Members to the desiredlocation and install the Rollout Tray into the Cabinet.

NOTE: Installing the QuikTray Supports on the floor ofthe cabinet allows the weight of the rollouts and it’scontents to be supported throughout the cabinet.

Step 4: Stack a second QuikTray Support on top of theinstalled support. Screw in place. Install both sides.

Step 5: Install the Drawer Slides with the Hook Dowelinto the front QuikTray Support at the top and bottomlocations. Then install the Drawer Slides into the BackQuikTray Strip. Staple or screw the Rear QuikTray Stripto the End Panel. (Floating the Back Support Strips for theproper location.)

Note: QuikTray supports can be customcut to fit center fixed shelf in a pantry unit.

Note: Make sure all QuikTray supportsare located on the floor of the cabinet andfixed shelf.

Double Door Cabinet InstallationParts: 2 packs of QuikTray™ Shelf Supports, 2 DoubleDoor Supports, and hardware.

Double Door Cabinet Installation:Step 1A: Front Install: Place the Double Door Supportbehind the face frame as shown (figure 1A).. Make sureyou center the Double Door Support to the back side ofthe face frame. Secure the Support to the frame withScrews. (Install the QuikTray™ Support on both sides ofthe Double Door Supports.)

Step 2: Front QuikTray Supports: Place the QuikTraySupports behind the face frame sitting on the floor of thecabinet. Staple or screw the support to the end panel.

Step 1B: Back Install: Find the center location in the backof cabinet. Center the Double Door Support and securethe support to the back of the cabinet. (figure 1B)

NOTE: Use every screw hole to secure the QuikTraySupport to the Double Door Support.

NOTE: DO NOT Install the QuikTray Support to the backDouble Door Support at this time.

Step 3: Install the Drawer Slides with the Hook Dowelinto the front QuikTray Support at the top and bottomlocations.

Step 4: Then install the Drawer Slides into the Back QuikTray Strip.Staple or screw the Rear QuikTray Strip to the End Panel.(Floating the Back Support Strips for the proper location.)

Move the Drawer Slide Cabinet Members to the desired location and installthe Rollout Tray into the Cabinet.

NOTE: When using the undermount drawer slide, the back QuikTray Support mounting screws should face toward the back of the cabinet.
