Our timesheet functionality was the genesis for the entire business. The concept was born out of the frustration that can be involved in timesheet accuracy, issues with submission, delays in submission and so on. It’s from the timesheet features that we built all other features of Base Sync.

Base Sync improves your overall speed and transparency in getting information from your staff, without any need for new equipment and minimal training.

How It Works

Base sync simplifies your existing timesheet process using your existing infrastructure. This is how it

works:

Easy Setup:

• A simple light weight Mobile Application is installed on your staff phones.

• Face to Face or video training can be provided on the simple use of the App.

• Access to a web administration panel is given to your administration staff.

Daily Use:

• Instead of writing entries on paper timesheets, your staff will make entries via the App at the start and completion of their shift. This takes no longer than 20 seconds.

• Information is sent instantly to the server. If a particular staff member does not have internet access at the exact time of making the entry, the data is stored and sent to the server once access is restored - nothing gets lost.

• Your administrator can see this information in real time via the web based administration.

Accuracy and Auditing.

With your existing paper timesheets, you have no way of knowing when the entries were made or where the operator was when they made them - are the entries true and correct?

While Base Sync allows your staff to make whatever entries they need to make, the real times and locations (via GPS) are recorded as the entries are made. Training and compliance issues can then be identified.

Sign off: (optional)

If your current process involves a periodic sign off by a client or management, Base Sync can also handle this.

Sign offs can be handled instantly, even when staff and supervisor are on different sites.

There are a number of methods that can include email, text and even electronic signature sign off. The method used depends on your business requirements.

Full Time GPS: (optional)

If you require greater transparency, we can add our full time GPS module, which allows you to track the users location for the entire duration of their shift / work period.

We have also developed a method of or reducing battery consumption which is a common issue with applications that utilise GPS within the mobile environment.

These features are flexible and completely configurable based on your business requirements.

Fully Customisable

As no business is exactly alike, Base sync can be customised to your business to handle any extra (or less)

information that your business may require. Both, information submitted and the processes of Base Sync

can be fully customised if needed.
