The CAD-Phase (Computer-Aided Design)This is where your design truly comes to life through our 3D Printing computer technology.

Steel mould and a wax ring sampleA wax mould is being cast for each ring in preparation of the casting process. The wax part of the ring will be cast into metal.

Ring Casting ProcessThe metal ring is finally starting to take shape during this process. This step gives us the steel mould casting, so wecan pour the actual metal of your ring the following day.

Shining The RingThe rings are now entering the "Buff/Polish" stage. In this stage we're carefully polishing and buffing the rings for smoothness and shine.

The Details & Personalization ProcessNow your rings are typically onto our "Special Details" stage. This is where your personalized details get applied.

Setting the ring’s custom cut stonesStones are hand-picked and prong set into your ring, giving that special effect that only a champion can show off.

The Final Inspection ProcessThis is where each ring is looked at for any flaws or errors that might have been missed along the production line. Once the rings are complete with this stage, yourcrafted championship ring is ready for the hand of its champion.for the hand of its champion.
