¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
OBJETIVO
1 Detectar a jóvenes ilustradores con talento, para difundir y exponer su obra en espacios promovidos por el FLIC Festival a nivel nacional e internacional
2 Fomentar la relación entre literatura e ilustración.
CATEGORÍAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN*
Junior: Estudiantes de 2º curso de Bachillerato Artístico o 1º de Ciclo Formativo de Ilustración.
Senior: Estudiantes de 2º curso de Ciclo Formativo de Ilustración o de 3º del Grado en Diseño.
Profesional: Exalumnos graduados en las escuelas participantes a partir del 2016. Alumnos de Máster y Posgrado.
* No hay un mínimo ni un máximo de estudiantes que puedan participar en el concurso.
RETO
El Premio Network FLIC os invita a ilustrar un fragmento de una obra de la literatura universal sobre un papel creado a mano especialmente para la ocasión por el Museu Molí Paperer de Capellades.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. FLIC Festival proporciona a las escuelas participantes el texto y el soporte sobre el que se realizará la obra concursante. 2. Los alumnos se inscriben en la web del FLIC. 3. Las escuelas participantes envían las piezas a la sede de Tantàgora:

SELECCIÓN
Un jurado internacional seleccionará un máximo de 40 piezas, entre las que destacará 9 finalistas con mención especial.
Entre estas obras finalistas, el jurado escogerá las 3 obras premiadas (una por cada categoría).
Las piezas seleccionadas conformarán la exposición itinerante que viajará por diferentes sedes nacionales y festivales europeos.
Como novedad de esta edición, el jurado también premiará a una escuela, valorando el trabajo global presentado.
PREMIOS
Categoría JUNIOR: Un lote de material de Raima valorado en 100€.
Categoría SENIOR: Realización de un libro o portfolio con asesoramiento de The Folio Club, valorado en 400€.
Categoría PROFESIONAL: Exponer en el espacio educArt del Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.
La escuela premiada por su labor global recibirá un lote de material de Raima valorado en 500€ y 2 entradas para el Festival OFFF valoradas en 200€ cada una.
A los autores de las 9 obras finalistas se les ofrecerá realizar ac-ciones de promoción en las sedes del FLIC Festival y otros espa-cios especializados.
RESOLUCIÓN Y ENTREGA DE PREMIOS
Anunciaremos los tres ganadores del Premio del NETWORK FLIC 9 en las jornadas del FLIC Profesional, que se celebrarán en el Museu del Disseny de Barcelona los días 15 y 16 de marzo de 2019. La entrega de premios se realizará en el momento de anun-ciar los nombres de los ganadores.
HOW IT WORKS?
OBJECTIVES
1 To identify young illustrators with talent, and to disseminate and exhibit their work in locations supported by the FLIC Festival, both nationally and internationally.
2 To promote the relationship between literature and illustration.
PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES*
Junior: Students on the second year of an artistic Baccalaureate or the first year of an Illustration Training Course.
Senior: Students on the second year of an Illustration Training Course or the third year of a Design degree.
Professional: Former students who have been graduated from the participating schools since 2016. Master and Postgraduate students.
* There is no minimum or maximum number of students who can enter the competition.
CHALLENGE
FLIC NETWORK AWARD invites you to illustrate a literary text of universal literature on a sheet of paper that has been specially created by Museu Molí Paperer de Capellades.
DEVELOPMENT
1. FLIC Festival will provide the schools with the text and the support material that entrants should use. 2. The students must register at the FLIC website. 3. Participating schools have to send the works to Tantàgora office:

SELECTION
An international jury will select a maximum of 40 works, from which they will choose 9 finalists for a special mention.
From these finalists, the jury will select three works for the awards (one in each category).
The selected works will form part of the touring exhibition that will visit several Spanish and European festivals.
As a new feature this year, the jury will also select a school for special commendation in view of the overall standard of work presented.
AWARDS
JUNIOR category: An assortment of materials from Raima valued at 100€.
SENIOR category: Making a book or portfolio with advice from The Folio Club, valued at € 400.
PROFESSIONAL category: Exhibition in the educArt space of Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.
The school with the special commendation for its overall work will receive an assortment of materials from Raima valued at 500€ and 2 tickets for the OFFF Festival valued at 200€ each one.
The nine finalists will be offered the chance to promote their work at the venues of the FLIC Festival and other specialised venues.
PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY
We will announce the three winners of the FLIC 9 NETWORK AWARD at the FLIC Professional Meeting, which will be held in Barcelona’s Design Museum on 15 and 16 March 2019. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at the time we announce the winners’ names.

El Premio Network FLIC os invita a ilustrar un fragmento literario en un soporte de papel creado especialmente para esta ocasión por el Museu Molí Paperer de Capellades.
Recibirás los siguientes elementos:
− Papel de algodón encolado con ph neutro hecho a mano
− Texto literario (íntegro o fragmento)
− Instrucciones a seguir
Antes que nada…
Lee atentamente las instrucciones adjuntas e investiga al autor del texto asignado, así como las características de su obra.
Esta primera exploración debe guiar e inspirar tu proceso de crea-ción. Recuerda que sólo tendrás una oportunidad para ilustrar sobre el soporte definitivo. Un consejo: ¡realiza pruebas antes de lanzarte a la aventura!
Instrucciones para ilustrar:
− Utiliza sólo tinta china negra
− Pinta o dibuja con todo tipo de utensilios excepto pinceles
− Utiliza sólo una cara del papel evitando el formato final en 3D
− Puedes trabajar en sentido horizontal o vertical
− Puedes doblar o cortar el soporte, pero sólo en línea recta, sin modificar la forma o el tamaño inicial de la hoja.
− Puedes agujerear el papel, pero no manualmente, y sin perder ningún fragmento del mismo.

The FLIC 9 Network Award invites you to illustrate a literary text on a sheet of paper that has been created by Museu Molí Paperer de Capellades.
You will receive an envelope with the following elements:
− Neutral pH cotton bond paper (handmade)
− Literary text (whole or an extract)
− The rules
Before you start
Read kindly the text that is included in the directions and research about its author and the characteristics of his or her work.
This first exploration must guide and inspire your creative process. Remember you will only have one chance to draw on the definitive material: Do your tests before you dash into adventure!
The rules
Illustrate the literary text taking into account that you can:
− Only use black Chinese ink
− Paint or draw with any kind of utilities, except brushes
− Only use one side of the paper avoiding the final 3D format
− Work horizontally or vertically
− Fold and cut, but only in a straight line and without modifying the shape or the initial size of the paper.
− Pierce it, but not manually

El Premio Network FLIC se dirige a estudiantes de 2º curso de Bachillerato Artístico, 1º y 2º de Ciclo Formativo de Ilustración, 3º del Grado en Diseño, estudiantes de postgrado y exalumnos graduados en las escuelas participantes a partir del 2016.
Todas las obras deberán seguir las instrucciones que se en-tregan con el soporte. No se aceptará ninguna ilustración que no las cumpla.
No se aceptará ninguna ilustración realizada sobre un sopor-te diferente al aportado por el FLIC Festival. Cada participan-te usará únicamente un soporte y un texto. Los soportes no usados deberán ser devueltos al FLIC.
No se aceptarán obras que incorporen referencias a su autor (firmas, notas, pseudónimos, etc.)
No se aceptarán ilustraciones con referencias directas al imaginario gráfico de los textos.
No se aceptará ninguna ilustración no inscrita en los plazos indicados.
Cada participante recibirá una etiqueta con un número de parti-cipación y un texto numerado. Deberá conservar ambos docu-mentos en todo momento, pues sin ellos quedará descalificado. Los dos números deberar figurar en la ficha de inscripción online.
El jurado escogerá la totalidad de las piezas que forma-rán parte de la exposición itinerante del Network FLIC (un máximo de 40 piezas). Entre éstas, el jurado otorgará una mención especial a las 9 obras finalistas que considere más relevantes, de las cuales 3 recibirán el Premio Network FLIC (uno por cada categoría).
Se ha elegido a un jurado específico para premiar a una de las escuelas participantes valorando su valor global.
Los autores de las obras seleccionadas se comprometen a participar en todas aquellas actividades de promoción y di-fusión de su obra que se deriven de la participación en el Network FLIC.
BASES
El FLIC Festival no se hace responsable de los desperfectos que puedan sufrir las obras durante la itinerancia de la ex-posición.
La cesión de las obras seleccionadas es temporal, con una duración mínima de un año. Si el FLIC decide disponer de ellas por más tiempo, la prórroga será notificada. Al finalizar la itinerancia, las obras serán devueltas a la escuela de pro-cedencia (envío a cargo de las escuelas).
Las obras no seleccionadas se devolverán antes de finalizar la novena edición del FLIC Festival.
El premio puede declararse desierto.
La participación en el Premio Network FLIC supone la aceptación de estas bases.

REQUISITOS DE ENTREGA DE LAS OBRAS
Las obras se entregarán, embalarán y etiquetarán según las espe-cificaciones del FLIC Festival:
El soporte se recibe dentro de un sobre abierto, a modo de protección del material. Cuando los participantes envían las obras al festival, éstas deben ser presentadas en ese mismo envoltorio (que deberá permanecer abierto), aparte de llevar un embalaje adecuado para el envío.
Dentro del sobre enviado al FLIC, junto a la obra, debe figurar también una copia de la ficha de inscripción online impresa.
En la etiqueta que se encuentra en el exterior del sobre figu-ra el número de participación asignado, que coincide con el de las instrucciones que acompañan el soporte. No se puede escribir nada más en la parte exterior del sobre.
Sólo se aceptarán las obras que cumplan estos requisi-tos de entrega. Todas aquellas obras que los incumplan serán devueltas a las escuelas con los costes a su cargo.
INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
− La escuela se hace responsable de los gastos de envío de las piezas al festival y de su posterior recogida.
− Participar en el Premio Network Flic tiene un coste de 3 euros por cada alumno participante.
− Por cada grupo de 25 alumnos, dos profesores tendrán entrada general gratuita al Flic Profesional. Al resto de docentes acompa-ñantes les ofrecemos un descuento del 50% sobre el PVP de la entrada, no acumulable con la del Network FLIC Pass.
− Es posible becar a un máximo de 3 alumnos por cada grupo de 25.

FLIC Network Award addresses to students on the second year of an artistic Baccalaureate or the first year of an Il-lustration Training Course; students on the second year of an Illustration Training Course or the third year of a Design de-gree; postgraduate students and former students who have been graduated from the participating schools since 2016.
All works must follow the instructions that are included in the envelope with the support. Illustrations that do not follow the rules will be disqualified.
We will not accept any illustration that is not made on the support provided by FLIC Festival. Each participant will only use one support and one text. The unused supports must be returned to the FLIC Festival office.
We will not accept works that include allusions to their au-thor (signatures, notes, pseudonyms, etc.)
We will not accept illustrations with direct references to the graphic imaginary of the text.
We will not accept illustrations registered at FLIC website after the deadline.
Each participant will receive a participation number and a numbered text. Both numbers must be listed in the online registration form. On the contrary, the participant will be dis-qualified.
The jury will choose all the works that will take part in the FLIC Network touring exhibition (a maximum of 40 works). Among them, they will choose 9 finalists for a special men-tion. From these finalists, the jury will select three works for the awards (one in each category).
There is a specific jury for the selection of the school award-ed in view of the overall standard of work presented.
The authors of the selected works commit to partake in all promotional activities that originate from their participation on FLIC Network.
RULES
FLIC Festival is not responsible of any damage works can suffer during the exhibition travelling.
The assignment of the selected works is temporary, with a minimum duration of one year. If FLIC decides to dispose of them for a longer time, the extension will be notified. At the end, the works will be returned to the school of origin (ship-ment at schools’ expense).
Non selected works will be returned before the 9th FLIC Festival ends.
FLIC Network Award may be declared null and void.
Participation in FLIC Network Award assumes accept-ance of these rules.

WORK DELIVER REQUIREMENTS
Works will be delivered, packed up and labelled according FLIC Festival specifications:
The support is received in an open envelope, as a protection for the material. When participants send the works to the Festival, these must be presented in the same envelope (that must be kept opened), apart from a suitable packaging for the shipment.
Inside the envelope, along with the piece, there must also be a printed copy of the online submission form.
The assigned number of participation is shown on the la-bel on the outside of the envelope, which coincides with the instructions that accompany the support. You cannot write anything else on the outside of the envelope.
Only works that meet these delivery requirements will be accepted. All those works that fail them will be returned to the schools with the costs at their expense.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
− Each school is responsible for the cost of sending works to the festival and their subsequent collection.
− Entering the FLIC Network Awards costs €3 per student.
− For each group of 25 students, two teachers are entitled to free entrance to FLIC Professional Meeting. Any other teachers accom-panying the group are entitled to a discount of 50% on the stand-ard ticket price, which cannot be added to those of the Network Award.
− A maximum of three students can be subsidised for each group of 25.

Alba Rihe | HAB 1418
La trayectoria artística de Alba Rihe tiene como hilo conductor la performance y la fusión de di-ferentes herramientas para difundir un mensaje que utiliza el absurdo y la materia corpórea como elementos destacados. En 2018, la Habitació 1418, de la cual es comisaria, se ha basado en el ritmo y el juego para la creación de nuevos talleres para crear un punto de encuentro físico para los adolescentes que buscan un espacio de de creación. Es un proyecto que comparten el CCCB y el MACBA.
Bel Olid | Escritora y traductora
Es presidenta de l’Associació d’Escriptors en Llengua Catalana, ha sido miembro del grupo de investigación de literatura infantil y juvenil y educación literaria GRETEL (UAB), escribe y tra-duce ficción para niños y adultos y es autora de ensayos como Les heroïnes contraataquen (VIII Premio Rovelló de ensayo de literatura infantil y juvenil, 2010) y Feminismes de butxaca.
Carmina Borbonet | Museu del Disseny
Historiadora del arte y museóloga, es coordina-dora de equipos y responsable de los departa-mentos de actividades y servicios educativos del Museu del Disseny de Barcelona desde 2016. De 1990 a 2001 fue coordinadora de exposi-ciones de La Virreina.
OFFF Festival
OFFF, el Festival Internacional de Creatividad, Arte y Diseño Digital nació como un evento. Hoy en día, OFFF se ha convertido en una comunidad y en uno de los festivales de creatividad más influyentes, marcando tendencia en los campos del diseño, la musica, el arte, el espectáculo y la cultura digital. Siempre en continua evolución, en sus 18 años de existencia OFFF ha celebrado más de 40 ediciones por todo el mundo, bajo el sello OFFF on tour.

The artistic career of Alba Rihe revolves around the performance and the fusion of different tools to spread a message that uses the absurd and corporeal matter as outstanding elements. In 2018, the Habitació 1418, of which she is cu-rator, has been based on rhythm and play for the creation of new workshops to create a physical meeting point for teenagers who look for a spa-ce. It is a project shared by the CCCB and the MACBA.
She is the president of Associació d’Escriptors en Llengua Catalana, has been a member of the re-search group of literature for children and young people and literary education GRETEL (UAB), wri-tes and translates fiction for children and adults and is the author of essays such as Les heroïnes contraataquen (VIII Rovelló Prize for essays about children’s and youth literature, 2010) and Femi-nismes de butxaca.
Art historian and museologist, she is the team coordinator and responsible for the departments of educational activities and services of the Mu-seu del Disseny de Barcelona since 2016. From 1990 to 2001 she was coordinator of exhibitions at La Virreina.
OFFF, the International Festival of Creativity, Art and Digital Design was born as an event. Today, OFFF has become a community and one of the most influential festivals of creativity, setting trends in the fields of design, music, art, entertainment and digital culture. Always in continuous evolution, in its 18 years of existence OFFF has celebrated more than 40 editions all over the world, under the “OFFF on tour” name.
Magalí Homs | Directora del FLIC
Diseñadora de interiores formada en la Escuela Elisava, como realizadora en tv, vídeo y cine en el IDEP y máster en arquitectura efímera por la UAB. Actualmente dirige la asociación Tantàgora y es la directora de FLIC Festival. Como gestora ha formado parte del grupo director de la Sala de exposiciones Saladestar, así como del equipo de Taleia Cultura
Roser Ros | Presidenta de Tantàgora
Pedagoga, narradora y escritora. Presidenta de Tantàgora, profesora de la Universidad Ramon Llull y Premi Nacional de Cultura (2010). Ha formando varias generaciones de maestros en lengua y literatura, especialmente en mediación literaria y narración de cuentos. Ha sido cofunda-dora y codirectora de la revista Infancia que edita Rosa Sensat. Ha publicado numerosas versiones de cuentos, pero también de propia creación. Ha comisariado exposiciones sobre temas literarios

FORMAN PARTE DE AMBOS JURADOSTAKE PART IN BOTH JURIES
Interior designer trained at the Elisava School, as a TV, video and film director at the IDEP and a master’s degree in ephemeral architecture from the UAB. She currently directs the association Tantàgora and she is also the director of FLIC Festival. As a manager, she has been part of Saladestar’s exhibitions, as well as of the Taleia Cultura team.
Pedagogue, narrator and writer. She is president of Tantàgora, professor at Ramon Llull University and has been awarded with the National Culture Prize in 2010. She has formed several genera-tions of teachers in language and literature, es-pecially in literary mediation and storytelling. She has been co-founder and co-director of the In-fancia magazine edited by Rosa Sensat. She has published numerous versions of stories, but also her own creations. She has curated exhibitions on literary themes.

TEMA
El tema para esta edición es «PAISAJES LITERARIOS»: lugares reales, inexistentes o simbólicos que podemos localizar en los di-ferentes géneros (narrativa, poesía, teatro). Os proponemos una aproximación diferente a estos paisajes a través de su relectura y os invitamos a recrear la herencia paisajística recibida.
RETO
Con este marco temático, el Premio Network FLIC os invita a ilus-trar un fragmento de una obra de la literatura universal sobre un soporte especialmente escogido para la ocasión: unas gafas 3D de cartón.

HOW IT WORKS?
OBJECTIVES
1 To identify young illustrators with talent, and to disseminate and exhibit their work in locations supported by the FLIC Festival, both nationally and internationally.
2 To promote the relationship between literature and illustration.
PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES*
Junior: Students on the second year of an artistic Baccalaureate or the first year of an Illustration Training Course.
Senior: Students on the second year of an Illustration Training Course or the third year of a Design degree.
Professional: Former students who have been graduated from the participating schools since 2016. Master and Postgraduate students.
* There is no minimum or maximum number of students who can enter the competition.
THEME
This year’s theme is «LITERARY LANDSCAPES»: real, imaginary or symbolic places that can be found in the different literary gen-res. We propose a different approach to these landscapes through their reinterpretation, and we invite you to recreate the landscape legacy that has been passed down to us.
CHALLENGE
With this theme, FLIC NETWORK AWARD invites you to illustrate a literary text of universal literature on a special support: 3D card-board glasses.

An international jury will select a maximum of 40 works, from which they will choose 9 finalists for a special mention.
From these finalists, the jury will select three works for the awards (one in each category).The selected works will form part of the tou-ring exhibition that will visit several Spanish and European fes-tivals. As a new feature this year, the jury will also select a school for special commendation in view of the overall standard of work presented.
AWARDS
JUNIOR category An assortment of materials from Raima valued at 100€.
SENIOR category: Making a book or portfolio with advice from The Folio Club, valued at € 400.
PROFESSIONAL category: Exhibition in the educArt space of Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.
The school with the special commendation for its overall work will receive an assortment of materials from Raima valued at 500€ and 2 tickets for the OFFF Festival valued at 200 euros each one.
The nine finalists will be offered the chance to promote their work at the venues of the FLIC Festival and other specialised venues.
PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY
We will announce the three winners of the FLIC 9 NETWORK AWARD at the FLIC Professional Meeting, which will be held in Barcelona’s Design Museum on 15 and 16 March 2019. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at the time we announce the winners’ names.

El Premio Network FLIC se dirige a estudiantes de 2º curso de Bachillerato Artístico, 1º y 2º de Ciclo Formativo de Ilustración, 3º del Grado en Diseño y exalumnos graduados en las escue-las participantes a partir del 2016.
No se aceptará ninguna ilustración realizada sobre un sopor-te diferente al aportado por el FLIC Festival. Cada participan-te usará únicamente un soporte y un texto. Los soportes no usados deberán ser devueltos al FLIC.
No se aceptarán obras que incorporen referencias a su autor (firmas, notas, seudónimos, etc.)
No se aceptarán ilustraciones con referencias directas al imaginario gráfico de los textos.
No se aceptará ninguna ilustración no inscrita en los plazos indicados.
Cada participante recibirá una etiqueta con un número de participación. Deberá conservarlo en todo momento, pues sin él quedará descalificado. Este número deberá figurar en la ficha de inscripción online.
El jurado escogerá la totalidad de las piezas que formarán parte de la exposición itinerante del Network FLIC (un máxi-mo de 40 piezas). Entre éstas, el jurado otorgará una men-ción especial a las 9 obras que considere más relevantes, de las cuales 3 recibirán el Premio Network FLIC (uno por cada categoría).
Se ha elegido a un jurado específico para premiar a una de las escuelas participantes valorando su valor global.
Los autores de las obras seleccionadas se comprometen a participar en todas aquellas actividades de promoción y di-fusión de su obra que se deriven de la participación en el Network FLIC.
El FLIC Festival no se hace responsable de los desperfectos que puedan sufrir las obras durante la itinerancia de la ex-posición.
BASES
La cesión de las obras seleccionadas es temporal, con una duración mínima de un año. Si el FLIC decide disponer de ellas por más tiempo, la prórroga será notificada. Al finalizar la itinerancia, las obras serán devueltas a la escuela de pro-cedencia (envío a cargo de las escuelas).
Las obras no seleccionadas se devolverán antes de finalizar la novena edición del FLIC Festival.
El premio puede declararse desierto.
La participación en el Premio Network FLIC supone la aceptación de estas bases.

REQUISITOS DE ENTREGA DE LAS OBRAS
Las obras se entregarán, embalarán y etiquetarán según las espe-cificaciones del FLIC Festival:
El soporte se recibe dentro de un sobre/caja abierto/a, a modo de protección del material. Cuando los participantes envían las obras al festival, éstas deben ser presentadas en ese mismo envoltorio (que deberá permanecer abierto), aparte de llevar un embalaje adecuado para el envío.
Dentro del sobre/caja enviado al FLIC, junto a la obra, debe figurar también una copia de la ficha de inscripción online impresa.
En la etiqueta que se encuentra en el exterior del envoltorio figura el número de participación asignado. No se puede es-cribir nada más en la parte exterior del sobre/caja. El número coincide con el de la etiqueta que llevan las gafas 3D. Esta etiqueta debe conservarse en todo momento. De lo contrario, el participante quedará descalificado.
Sólo se aceptarán las obras que cumplan estos requisi-tos de entrega. Todas aquellas obras que los incumplan serán devueltas a las escuelas con los costes a su cargo.
INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
− La escuela se hace responsable de los gastos de envío de las piezas al festival y de su posterior recogida.
− Participar en el Premio Network Flic tiene un coste de 3 euros por cada alumno participante.
− Por cada grupo de 25 alumnos, dos profesores tendrán entrada general gratuita al Flic Profesional. Al resto de docentes acompa-ñantes les ofrecemos un descuento del 50% sobre el PVP de la entrada, no acumulable con la del Network FLIC Pass.
− Es posible becar a un máximo de 3 alumnos por cada grupo de 25.

FLIC Network Award addresses to students on the second year of an artistic Baccalaureate or the first year of an Il-lustration Training Course; students on the second year of an Illustration Training Course or the third year of a Design degree; former students who have been graduated from the participating schools since 2016.
We will not accept any illustration that is not made on the support provided by FLIC Festival. Each participant will only use one support and one text. The unused supports must be returned to the FLIC Festival office.
We will not accept works that include allusions to their author (signatures, notes, pseudonyms, etc.)
We will not accept illustrations with direct references to the graphic imaginary of the text.
We will not accept illustrations registered at FLIC website after the deadline.
Each participant will receive a participation number. This number must be listed in the online registration form. On the contrary, the participant will be disqualified.
The jury will choose all the works that will take part in the FLIC Network touring exhibition (a maximum of 40 works). Among them, they will choose 9 finalists for a special men-tion. From these finalists, the jury will select three works for the awards (one in each category).
There is a specific jury for the selection of the school award-ed in view of the overall standard of work presented.
The authors of the selected works commit to partake in all promotional activities that originate from their participation on FLIC Network.
FLIC Festival is not responsible of any damage works can suffer during the exhibition travelling.
RULES
The assignment of the selected works is temporary, with a minimum duration of one year. If FLIC decides to dispose of them for a longer time, the extension will be notified. At the end, the works will be returned to the school of origin (ship-ment at shcool’s expense).
Non selected works will be returned before the 9th FLICFestival ends.
FLIC Network Award may be declared null and void.
Participation in FLIC Network Award assumes accept-ance of these rules.

WORK DELIVER REQUIREMENTS
Works will be delivered, packed up and labelled according FLIC Festival specifications:
The support is received in an open envelope or box, as a pro-tection for the material. When participants send the works to the Festival, these must be presented in the same enve-lope or box (that must be kept opened), apart from a suitable packaging for the shipment.
Inside the envelope/box, along with the piece, there must also be a printed copy of the online submission form.
The assigned number of participation is shown on the label on the outside of the envelope. You cannot write anything else on the outside of the envelope. The number matches the one on the label that you will find on the 3D glasses. This label must be kept. Otherwise, the participant will be disqualified.
Only works that meet these delivery requirements will be accepted. All those works that fail them will be re-turned to the schools with the costs at their expense.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
− Each school is responsible for the cost of sending works to the festival and their subsequent collection.
− Entering the FLIC Network Awards costs €3 per student.
− For each group of 25 students, two teachers are entitled to free entrance to FLIC Professional Meeting. Any other teachers accom-panying the group are entitled to a discount of 50% on the stand-ard ticket price, which cannot be added to those of the Network Award.
− A maximum of three students can be subsidised for each group of 25.

Responsible for exhibition projects and program-ming of the Joan Brossa space. Fundació Joan Brossa was born in 1999 with the aim of disse-minating the work of the poet who gives its name to the project, whose poetry evolved from hyp-nagogic images to visual and object poetry. The foundation, located on La Seca street, in the old coin factory in Barcelona, recovers the author’s experimental, playful and avant-garde spirit.
OFFF, the International Festival of Creativity, Art and Digital Design was born as an event. Ha formando varias generaciones de maestros en lengua y literatura, especialmente en mediación literaria y narración de cuentos. Ha sido cofunda-dora y codirectora de la revista Infancia que edita Rosa Sensat. Ha publicado numerosas versiones de cuentos, pero también de propia creación. Ha comisariado exposiciones sobre temas literarios

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
OBJETIVO
1 Detectar a jóvenes ilustradores con talento, para difundir y exponer su obra en espacios promovidos por el FLIC Festival a nivel nacional e internacional
2 Fomentar la relación entre literatura e ilustración.

TEMA
El tema para esta edición es «PAISAJES LITERARIOS»: lugares reales, inexistentes o simbólicos que podemos localizar en los di-ferentes géneros (narrativa, poesía, teatro). Os proponemos una aproximación diferente a estos paisajes a través de su relectura y os invitamos a recrear la herencia paisajística recibida.
RETO
Con este marco temático, el Premio Network FLIC os invita a ilus-trar un fragmento de una obra de la literatura universal sobre un soporte especialmente escogido para la ocasión: unas gafas 3D de cartón.

Junior: Students on the second year of an artistic Baccalaureate or the first year of an Illustration Training Course.
Senior: Students on the second year of an Illustration Training Course or the third year of a Design degree.
Professional: Former students who have been graduated from the participating schools since 2016. Master and Postgraduate students.
*There is no minimum or maximum number of students who can enter the competition.
THEME
This year’s theme is «LITERARY LANDSCAPES»: real, imaginary or symbolic places that can be found in the different literary gen-res. We propose a different approach to these landscapes through their reinterpretation, and we invite you to recreate the landscape legacy that has been passed down to us.
CHALLENGE
With this theme, FLIC NETWORK AWARD invites you to illustrate a literary text of universal literature on a special support: 3D cardboard glasses.

DEVELOPMENT
1. FLIC Festival will provide the literary texts to choose and the support material that entrants should use. 2. The participants must register at the FLIC website and send the works to Tantàgora office:
SELECTION
An international jury will select a maximum of 40 works, from which they will choose 9 finalists for a special mention.
From these finalists, the jury will select three works for the awards (one in each category). The selected works will form part of the touring exhibition that will visit several Spanish and European fes-tivals. As a new feature this year, the jury will also select a school for special commendation in view of the overall standard of work presented.
AWARDS
JUNIOR category: An assortment of materials from Raima valued at 100€.
SENIOR category: Making a book or portfolio with advice from The Folio Club, valued at € 400.
PROFESSIONAL category: Exhibition in the educArt space of Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.
The school with the special commendation for its overall work will receive an assortment of materials from Raima valued at 500€ and 2 tickets for the OFFF Festival valued at 200 euros each one.
The nine finalists will be offered the chance to promote their work at the venues of the FLIC Festival and other specialised venues.
PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY
We will announce the three winners of the FLIC 9 NETWORK AWARD at the FLIC Professional Meeting, which will be held in Barcelona’s Design Museum on 15 and 16 March 2019. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at the time we announce the winners’ names.

CALENDARIO / CALENDAR
El Premio Network FLIC se dirige a estudiantes de 2º curso de Bachillerato Artístico, 1º y 2º de Ciclo Formativo de Ilustración, 3º del Grado en Diseño y exalumnos graduados en las escue-las participantes a partir del 2016.
No se aceptará ninguna ilustración realizada sobre un sopor-te diferente al aportado por el FLIC Festival. Cada participan-te usará únicamente un soporte y un texto. Los soportes no usados deberán ser devueltos al FLIC.
No se aceptarán obras que incorporen referencias a su autor (firmas, notas, seudónimos, etc.)
No se aceptarán ilustraciones con referencias directas al imaginario gráfico de los textos.
No se aceptará ninguna ilustración no inscrita en los plazos indicados.
Cada participante recibirá una etiqueta con un número de participación. Deberá conservarlo en todo momento, pues sin él quedará descalificado. Este número deberá figurar en la ficha de inscripción online de la obra concursante.
El jurado escogerá la totalidad de las piezas que formarán parte de la exposición itinerante del Network FLIC (un máxi-mo de 40 piezas). Entre éstas, el jurado otorgará una men-ción especial a las 9 obras que considere más relevantes, de las cuales 3 recibirán el Premio Network FLIC (uno por cada categoría).
Los autores de las obras seleccionadas se comprometen a participar en todas aquellas actividades de promoción y di-fusión de su obra que se deriven de la participación en el Network FLIC.
El FLIC Festival no se hace responsable de los desperfectos que puedan sufrir las obras durante la itinerancia de la ex-posición.
BASES
La cesión de las obras seleccionadas es temporal, con una duración mínima de un año. Si el FLIC decide disponer de ellas por más tiempo, la prórroga será notificada. Al finalizar la itinerancia, las obras serán devueltas a su autor/a, con el envío a su cargo.
Las obras no seleccionadas se devolverán antes de finalizar la novena edición del FLIC Festival.
El premio puede declararse desierto.
La participación en el Premio Network FLIC supone la aceptación de estas bases.

REQUISITOS DE ENTREGA DE LAS OBRAS
Las obras se entregarán, embalarán y etiquetarán según las espe-cificaciones del FLIC Festival:
El soporte se recibe dentro de un sobre/caja abierto/a, a modo de protección del material. Cuando los participantes envían las obras al festival, éstas deben ser presentadas en ese mismo envoltorio (que deberá permanecer abierto), aparte de llevar un embalaje adecuado para el envío.
Dentro del sobre/caja enviado al FLIC, junto a la obra, debe figurar también una copia de la ficha de inscripción online impresa.
En la etiqueta que se encuentra en el exterior del envoltorio figura el número de participación asignado. No se puede es-cribir nada más en la parte exterior del sobre/caja. El número coincide con el de la etiqueta que llevan las gafas 3D. Esta etiqueta debe conservarse en todo momento. De lo contrario, el participante quedará descalificado.
Sólo se aceptarán las obras que cumplan estos requisi-tos de entrega. Todas aquellas obras que los incumplan serán devueltas a los participantes con los costes a su cargo.
INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
− Participar en el Premio Network Flic tiene un coste de 3 euros por cada participante.
− En el caso de los alumnos de Máster o Postgrado, la escuela se hace responsable de los gastos de envío de las piezas al festival y de su posterior recogida. En el caso de los participantes inde-pendientes (exalumnos de las escuelas del Network), son ellos quienes deben hacerse cargo.

FLIC Network Award addresses to students on the second year of an artistic Baccalaureate or the first year of an Il-lustration Training Course; students on the second year of an Illustration Training Course or the third year of a Design degree; former students who have been graduated from the participating schools since 2016.
We will not accept any illustration that is not made on the support provided by FLIC Festival. Each participant will only use one support and one text. The unused supports must be returned to the FLIC Festival office.
We will not accept works that include allusions to their author (signatures, notes, pseudonyms, etc.)
We will not accept illustrations with direct references to the graphic imaginary of the text.
We will not accept illustrations registered at FLIC website after the deadline.
Each participant will receive a participation number. This number must be listed in the online registration form. On the contrary, the participant will be disqualified.
The jury will choose all the works that will take part in the FLIC Network touring exhibition (a maximum of 40 works). Among them, they will choose 9 finalists for a special men-tion. From these finalists, the jury will select three works for the awards (one in each category).
The authors of the selected works commit to partake in all promotional activities that originate from their participation on FLIC Network.
FLIC Festival is not responsible of any damage works can suffer during the exhibition travelling.
The assignment of the selected works is temporary, with a minimum duration of one year. If FLIC decides to dispose of them for a longer time, the extension will be notified. At the end, the works will be returned to its author (shipment at the author’s expense).
RULES
Non selected works will be returned before the 9th FLIC Festival ends.
FLIC Network Award may be declared null and void.
Participation in FLIC Network Award assumes accept-ance of these rules.

WORK DELIVER REQUIREMENTS
Works will be delivered, packed up and labelled according FLIC Festival specifications:
The support is received in an open envelope or box, as a pro-tection for the material. When participants send the works to the Festival, these must be presented in the same enve-lope or box (that must be kept opened), apart from a suitable packaging for the shipment.
Inside the envelope/box, along with the piece, there must also be a printed copy of the online submission form.
The assigned number of participation is shown on the label on the outside of the envelope. You cannot write anything else on the outside of the envelope. The number matches the one on the label that you will find on the 3D glasses. This label must be kept. Otherwise, the participant will be disqualified.
Only works that meet these delivery requirements will be accepted. All those works that fail them will be returned to the participants with the costs at their expense.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
− Entering the FLIC Network Awards costs €3 per participant.
−In the case of Master and Postgraduate students, their school is responsible for the shipping costs of the pieces to the festival and its subsequent collection. In the case of the independent participants (former students of the Network schools) they are the ones who must take charge.

Sandra Figueras | MNAC
El Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, como ente público, potencia el uso social y educativo para convertirse en un espacio de conocimiento, de-bate, vínculo social y participación. Desde el año 2007, Sandra Figueras forma parte del equipo de Educación del MNAC, donde ha desarrollado programas educativos vinculados a la práctica artística dirigidos a formadores, público escolar, familiar y adulto.
Glòria Picazo
Crítica de arte y comisaria de exposiciones. Ha colaborado con museos como el capcMusée de Burdeos y el MACBA de Barcelona, y de 2003 a 2015 dirigió el Centre d’Art La Panera de Llei-da. En 2016 fue nombrada asesora de la Co-munidad de Madrid para las adquisiciones de su colección de arte contemporáneo. Entre su obra más reciente destaca la realización de la exposi-ción “Bibliotecas insólitas”, por la cual recibió el Premio Flic 2018.
Carmina Borbonet | Museu del Disseny
Historiadora del arte y museóloga, es coordina-dora de equipos y responsable de los departa-mentos de actividades y servicios educativos del Museu del Disseny de Barcelona desde 2016. De 1990 a 2001 fue coordinadora de exposi-ciones de La Virreina.
OFFF Festival
OFFF, el Festival Internacional de Creatividad, Arte y Diseño Digital nació como un evento. Hoy en día, OFFF se ha convertido en una comunidad y en uno de los festivales de creatividad más influyentes, marcando tendencia en los campos del diseño, la música, el arte, el espectáculo y la cultura digital. The Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, as a public entity, promotes its social and educational use to become a space for knowledge, debate, social bond and participation. Since 2007, San-dra Figueras is part of the Education team of the MNAC, where she has developed educational programs linked to artistic practice aimed at trai-ners, school, family and adult public.
Art critic and exhibition curator. She has colla-borated with museums such as the capcMusée de Bordeaux and the MACBA in Barcelona, and from 2003 to 2015 she directed the art center La Panera in Lleida. In 2016, she was appoin-ted advisor to the Comunidad de Madrid for the acquisitions of its contemporary art collection. Roser Ros | Presidenta de Tantàgora
Pedagoga, narradora y escritora. Presidenta de Tantàgora, profesora de la Universidad Ramon Llull y Premi Nacional de Cultura (2010). Ha formando varias generaciones de maestros en lengua y literatura, especialmente en mediación literaria y narración de cuentos. Ha sido cofunda-dora y codirectora de la revista Infancia que edita Rosa Sensat. Ha publicado numerosas versiones de cuentos, pero también de propia creación. Ha comisariado exposiciones sobre temas literarios

Interior designer trained at the Elisava School, as a TV, video and film director at the IDEP and a master’s degree in ephemeral architecture from the UAB. She currently directs the association Tantàgora and she is also the director of FLIC Festival. As a manager, she has been part of Saladestar’s exhibitions, as well as of the Taleia Cultura team.
Pedagogue, narrator and writer. She is president of Tantàgora, professor at Ramon Llull University and has been awarded with the National Culture Prize in 2010. She has formed several genera-tions of teachers in language and literature, es-pecially in literary mediation and storytelling.
