The creation of the Industrial Park on the basis of«POLYEF» areas.OAO “POLYEF” is the only Russian manufacturer ofterephthalic acid and polyethylene terephthalate.The capacity of TFK project is about 230 thousandtons per a year, PETF is about 120 thousand tons pera year.The availability of production spaces and possibilityof expending technological chain allow to increasethe production volume with the higher added cost,number of vacancies, tax revenues to theconsolidated budget of the Republic of Bashkortostanby means of attracting foreign partners and creationof Industrial Park.

CREATION OF INDUSTRIAL PARK «CHEMICTERRA» ON THE BASIS OF OAO «POLYEF»

The plant is oriented to produce hydro-generating equipment for small hydropower plants (HPPs), and medium-sized hydroelectricpower plants, large hydroelectric power plants, equipment for process control systems and the complex safety systems. It alsoincludes hydro-generating equipment for hydro power stations and hydroelectric pumped storage power plants: turbine with rotorsabout 4.5 meters in diameter, generators and subsidiary equipment for HPPs, software for industrial HPPs automation (localautomatic control systems, plant wide process control system, web monitoring and diagnostics systems, systems of stimulation andprotection of generators, situational room equipment. Small and medium-sized hydroelectric generators will be produced at theplant. The production area of the factory is 22,1 thousand square meters.

The concept of Industrial Park creation suggests theconstruction of production and office buildings, accommodationof developers and manufacturers of electrotechnical equipmenton the basis of innovative technologies and companies thatspecialize in energy saving.Plants, assembly facilities on production of hydropower andhydrotechnical equipment, office center for the placement ofsmall innovative companies, companies of educational andscientific centers, branches of large corporations, and also utilitysector providing design, information, legal, patent, licensing,engineering services will be placed on the territory of IndustrialPark.

The Industrial Park is located on theterritory of 68 hectares, the area of thefactory buildings - up to 395 thousandsq. m, subsidiary ones - about 81 thousandsq. m.

The project provides for the designing, construction and introduction of a centrereceiving, drying, cleaning, storing and processing colza over 100.000 tons per year.

Investment volume – 396 mln. rub.

Project payback period – 36 months

Implementation stages:• 1 stage (2013-2014) – expansion of receiving

100.000 tons of colza seeds, storing over 50.000 tons of raw material and seed-oil production (150 tons per day)

• 2 stage – expansion of storing and processing over 100.00 tons of colza per year

About 100 jobs will be offered during the project realization.

Estimated capacity of the project: Two processing lines will operate at the factory to recycle collected raw materials.The factory’s capacity of recycling will get 60.000 tons of animal waste.

The aim of the project is collecting, storing, transporting, recycling and disposal of animal waste on the territory of the republic of Bashkortostan, derived products implementation and consideration to avoid negative influence on the environment, human and animal health.
