Yes The project site is along the Sea coast and

season is more than 5 ppt and hence the

different varieties of shrubs, herbs, grass &
climbers at site. For development of the
proposed project, some trees will be cleared.

Municipal Solid waste generated from the
project during construction phase will be about
20 kg/day and the domestic sewage will be
about 5.50 KL / day. The non-biodegradable
waste and other packaging materials will be
sold to the vendors. The bio-degradable solid
waste will be disposed through a bio-bin
system for microbial composting and a septic
tank for the domestic sewage from the labour
colony is proposed.
Operation Phase:-
Solid waste generated from the project would
be about 60 Kg/Day and adequate number of
collection bins separately for Bio-degradable
and Non-biodegradable waste would be
provided as per the MSW Rules, 2000. The non-
biodegradable and recyclable waste would be
sold to the recyclers. The biodegradable waste
would be sent to bio-bin facility proposed
within the site.
Further, the spent oil from the DG Sets (defined
as hazardous waste) will be sold to CPCB
approved recyclers.
Effluent : - Domestic sewage about 16 KL / Day
will be generated which will be treated through
proposed Sewage Treatment Plant to be
developed within the project premises.

for construction will be of highest standard with
reputed make and will adhere to international
standards. These standards itself take care of
noise pollution control. Hence insignificant
impacts due to construction machinery are
envisaged.
The source of vibration from the project is
during construction of the building. Pile
foundation excavation through rotary drilling is
the source of vibration. The PPV levels from the
rotary drilling for pile foundation would be
maintained within 10 mm/sec at 20 m from the
source. Therefore, there will not be any damage
due to the vibration generated during
foundation work to the nearby structures.
Apart from this, the construction activity will be
restricted to day time only.
Noise will be created from operation of D.G.
Sets but all the D.G. Sets shall be acoustic fitted
to restrict the noise within the permissible limit.
