• Configuration: Either a Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) integration

• Either a single corporation or a single department.

• Bidirectional integration of Eloqua Contact and NetSuite Contact Records

• Bidirectional Integration of Eloqua companies and NetSuite Customer Records.

• Integration of Eloqua Activity records to NetSuite Tasks

• Integration of deleted records from NetSuite into Eloqua

• Records will get the CRM ID blanked out in Eloqua association

• Does not include:

• Deletion of records in Eloqua (as per Eloqua best practices)
