In connection with the oversight of the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority, EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) may require documents containing your personal data delivered as part of the audit. EASA is domiciled in Germany.

Storage of your personal data Until

years after the aircraft has been removed from the Danish registry of Nationality, cf. Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 of 3 August 2012 laying down implementing rules for the airworthiness and environmental certification of aircraft and related products, parts and appliances, as well as for the certification of design and production organisations
