Please take the time to read this information and please ask at the school office if you require further information. As there will be no E.M.A. next year it is important that families know what fees will be payable and when they need to be paid by so that they can start making preparations for this. Payments are due by Friday 27th February 2015. The swimming levy will be $85 as it was this year and will need to be paid by 27th February for students to continue in the swimming program in March. WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY EXCURSION Our grade 3/4 grades will be going to San Remo tomorrow to participate along with other schools in the World Environment Day activities. We hope you all enjoy the day. GRADE 2 SLEEPOVER We have some very excited Grade 2 students looking forward to their sleepover this Friday night.. We know you will have a fun filled night with all the activities that Mr Horsburgh and Mr Liefting have in store for you. JUNIOR SCHOOL COUNCIL FUNDRAISER Friday 28th November Free Dress Day - Gold coin donation - funds raised will be donated to the RSPCA. UPDATE YOUR RECORDS Please keep the school informed about changes of address and/or phone numbers. There are many times we try to make contact with parents and find the phone numbers we have on record are disconnected or mail is returned because we have your wrong address. You never know when there might be an emergency and it just makes our job that bit more difficult if we do not have up to date information. SAVE THE DATE—15th DECEMBER(to be confirmed) Whole school event not to be missed. BVPS Carols by Glowlight Between 6.30pm-7.00pm start Sausage Sizzle, drinks, popcorn, sno cones, lolly bags, lucky dip and more Performances by grades, carols by choir and a surprise visitor! TO HELP MAKE OUR CONCERT EVEN MORE SPECTACULAR WE ARE ASKING FOR DONATIONS OF CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS. IF ANYBODY HAS ANY THEY CAN SPARE, PLEASE SEND THEM ALONG TO SCHOOL. 4th TERM SWIMMING PROGRAM Our program has now commenced. Students will swim twice per week during their PE sessions and 3-6’s will also swim during their sports session. The timetable is printed below so that you know which days your child will need to bring their swimming gear. The swimming program is a user pay program and families need to have paid the swimming levy for their child/ren to partici-pate. Notices have gone home to those families who still need to pay this levy.
