Start - Company Formations come in three levels Bronze – A company limited by shares with a simple structure using Model Articles submitted to Companies House electronically. Your Company will be formed within 48 hours and you will receive by email; a certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. Silver - An electronically formed Company as above with completed statutory registers stored in an A4 file. Agenda and minutes for the first Board Meeting supplied if required. Gold – Companies not limited by shares, require bespoke Articles of Association. These will be drafted to your requirements along with all other documentation required for submission to Companies House. All statutory registers will be completed and stored in an A4 file. Middle Registered Office Address A fixed fee, post forwarding service Directors Service Address A fixed fee service, which improves your data privacy by protecting your residential address from the public register at Companies House. Especially useful for small companies. Company Secretary Service A fixed fee service to ensure compliance with the Companies Act and Corporate Governance Code. This includes, but is not limited to; submitting annual accounts, annual confirmation statement and appointing and resigning Directors at Companies House. Annual Confirmation Statement and Statutory Books or Accounts Filing You may wish to maintain your registers yourself, but would like us to file your Annual Confirmation Statement and/or Accounts ensuring they are filed on time each year avoiding any unnecessary fines. Dormant Company Maintenance We will file the company’s Annual Confirmation Statement and Dormant Accounts annually for as long as the company remains dormant so you avoid any unnecessary fines. Statutory Books Health Check Not sure if you are 100% compliant with your Statutory Books and would like us to review them for you? Or maybe your business has recently undergone a restructure or you’ve purchased a company and would like us to update them? We can complete a full review to ensure consistency, completing any remedial work and ensuring 100% compliance.
