What is Battery Life Booster ? It is an electronic Device which generate 15000 Electric Pulses in 1 sec. These Pulses attack & activate the sulphate molecules that stick to plates. How do you Measure Battery Life Booster working ?

You can measure Battery Life Booster efficiency yourself, by using Hydrometer that check the specific gravity of the electrolyte in the battery. 1st check the specific gravity with hydrometer when battery is fully charged and then connect to Battery Life Booster. After few days again measure the specific gravity and compare it withlast reading, increasing of specific gravity shows Battery Life Booster working A good battery has specific gravity of approx. 1260 – 1300. If it is less than 1240, the battery is sulphated and the capacity is reduced to around 50%.

KNOW WHAT IS A LEAD ACID BATTERY?

The Lead Acid battery is made up of plates,

lead, and lead oxide (various other elements

are used to change density, hardness,

porosity, etc.) with 35% sulfuric acid and

65% water

solution. This solution is called electrolyte

which causes a chemical reaction that

produce

electrons. When you test a battery with a

hydrometer you are measuring the amount

of

sulfuric acid in the electrolyte. If your

reading is low, that means the chemistry

that makes

electrons is lacking. So where did the sulfur

go? It is resting to the battery plates and

when

you recharge the battery the sulfur returns

to the electrolyte.

SULPHATION

Is an unavoidable consequence of the

charge discharge

process in which the Lead dioxide positive

plate and the

pure Lead negative plate re-act with the

electrolyte,

comprising dilute sulphuric acid, forming

Lead sulphate

and water

The lead sulphate gradually adheres to the

plate and the

water dilutes the sulphuric acid resulting in

the battery

loosing its ability to supply electric current.
