B attle Creek is a leading destination for regional and national amateur sporting events.

The Battle Creek area has hosted significant amateur sporting events including 6 different Michigan High School

Athletic Association Final Championship events, 100 days of baseball/softball championship tournaments, six baseball

World Series, and dozens of amateur events annually including NCAA, AABC, ASA, GameDay USA, MHSAA and USSSA

event participants and their families. When attendees are not participating in

events they can visit some of the great attractions in the area. Attractions include

Full Blast, an indoor/outdoor water park and family entertainment center; Binder

Park Zoo, a great outdoor experience where guests can get nose-to-nose with

one of the largest giraffe herds in the country. This is just a taste of what the

Battle Creek/Calhoun County area has to offer. Battle Creek/Calhoun County has

a variety of Sports Facilities, for a complete list or an online RFP visit

www.battlecreekvisitors.org.

Sports Promotion was formed in 1990 to enhance the economic vitality of Battle Creek/Calhoun County through

recruitment, creation, and management of amateur sports/athletic events.

four elements - fire, earth, air and water - throughout the property,

creating a contemporary, environmentally friendly and distinctive

Las Vegas-style gaming destination that showcases the tribe’s deep
