Battle of Bunker Hill
The Battle of Bunker Hill, was one of the bloodiest battles of the Revolutionary War, during 1778 and 1783.
Colonel William Prescott
• Colonel William Prescott, was born in Groton, Massachusetts. He fought in King George‘s War, during 1744 and1749.
• It was once believed he said to his troops “Do not shoot until you see the whites of their eyes.”
• Peter Salem, was a black slave that fought in the Battle of Bunker Hill.
It was one of the military Conflict, of the Revolutionary War in America.

William Howe
• William Howe, was commander of the British army in America, in the early years of the Revolutionary War.
• In June William led the British into Bunker Hill.
• In October, he succeeded with the General
Thomas Gage as commander.
Thomas Gage
• Thomas Gage, was a British general and gave orders that resulted to the first battle.
• He had an American wife, that was pretentious.
Joseph Warren
• He was a Massachusetts statesman, in the period before the Revolutionary War.
• He died, in the war of Bunker Hill in June 17th, 1775.
Martha
• Martha married George Washington. She sometimes helped the soldiers by feeding them.
• She helped in the Battle of Bunker Hill.
