Accom options: Dalwallinu Wheatland Motel, Dalwallinu Hotel, B&B’s, cara park, camp Day 2: Dalwallinu - Meekatharra 512km, 2.5 hours Travel to Paynes Find, Mt Magnet, then Cue with its colonial architecture. Detour to the Walga Rock Aboriginal art site, before arriving in Meekatharra. Accom options: Commercial Hotel Auski Inland motel, Cara park, camp Day 3: Meekatharra - Karijini Eco Retreat 596km, 6 hours Set off for Karijini National Park. Travel north to Newman then west onto Karijini National Park and the Karijini Eco Retreat. Accom: Karijini Eco Retreat - Karijini Nat. Park Accom options: Deluxe tents with private facilities, campsites, caravan sites Day 4: Karijini National Park View Dales Gorge, Circular Pool and Fortescue Falls. Day 9: Exmouth - Coral Bay 150km, 2 hours See Charles Knife and Shothole Canyons in the Cape Range National Park. Located on the Ningaloo Reef, Coral Bay is a snorkellers paradise. Accom options: Heritage Resort, Oceanside Village, Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, Dirk Hartog Island, Carbla Station, Hamelin Station Stay Day 12: Shark Bay - Kalbarri 370km, 4.45 hours Meet Dolphins of Monkey Mia followed by a boat cruise. Visit Eagle Bluff with views over bay and frequent sightings of sharks, dugongs. See inland gorges of the national park on the way to Kalbarri. Day 1: Perth - Dalwallinu 273km, 3 hours Head to New Norcia, Australia’s very own monastic town and Wongan Hills before heading to Dalwallinu.
