BB Lindström BB Lindström: Lil´ Red Robin Hood BLMCD 00002 Earlier in the year 2000, the first solorelease of BB Lindström ”Lousy Socks” introduced an artist who had created his own way and style to express himself as a singer / songwriter. This new album makes the same in an even more impressive way; to put it under some mu- sical style or genre is not only difficult but more like a silly task. The influences come from so wide a spectrum that it would ridiculous to speculate more about it… Lo-fi alternative singer-songwriting ?? Twisted mixed up rock´n roll in a breaking glass? Maybe? Maybe not? How about just enjoying the music!! Today Lil´Red Robin Hood includes material from years 1993-2006. The recordings have been made in BB:s home and in famous Seawolf Studios at Suomenlinna. Among the guest musicians are Jukka Orma, Ari Kala, Sam Huber, Måsse Kullman, Lauri Järvilehto, Mitja Si- ren and a 12-member childrens choir from Suomenlinna´s primary school. The affective painting on the cover of the album is made by Clifford Jackson, who unfortu- nately just passed away one day before Christmas 2006. Twisted mixed-up rock´n roll in a breaking glass?
