Founded in Denmark in 1977, Dynaudio originated as a group of engineers and developers who held a penchant for music and loudspeaker design, who came to the mutual conclusion that even high-quality loudspeakers were not able to reproduce recorded music without coloration. At that time, distortion, timing differences, phase shift and a slow impulse response were not only audible, but also clearly measurable.

Although speakers can be broken down to all their various parts, and features can be described, explained and analyzed, a speaker is more than the sum of its parts. A speaker, or any product, is an idea or concept brought to life by someone or some company. That idea or concept is shaped by the elements that go into it, each contributing to the total performance. Much like a high performance engine, one performance feature helps another, which in turn helps another. The cumulative effect is more important than any singular component.

DD speakers are developed with their enclosures for an intended application. The speaker and enclosure form a system, so they should be designed and developed together for optimum performance.

We overbuild, over engineer, over design, over glue, over here and over there and everywhere we can think of. We use only the highest temperature adhesives, highest temperature wire, strongest everything. We double glue every joint with two different types of glue. Our spider/coil/cone joint has SEVEN glue joints alone. It takes a lot more time to build speakers this way but we've been building speakers for recording engineers for years that get very upset with down time. If the speakers aren't working, they aren't either.

We've spent years researching ways to make speakers more and more durable. If there's a manufacturing technique that will help, we implement it. If an improved material comes available, we try it. We are constantly researching and improving in order to build the best product we possibly can.

The brand “Mosconi” originated as a diversification for MOS company in the SBU car-audio market. Its history is still very short: at the end of 2008, Ivan Mosconi, driven by love for electronics and sound, brings together a team of designers and engineers with decades of experience in the professional audio sector and after a few months, by the summer of 2009, the first line of amplifiers branded Mosconi were already on the market: the AS series.

Since 2006 MOS has been production, assembly, engineering and industrialization of products and electronic devices. MOS has a very simple philosophy: putting all its talent and experience in providing products and services that can help improve the everyday life of society, through a high aesthetic expression.

Every day, the members of the MOS staff continue to strive towards this goal. § Please do inform us of the prevailing tax norms in your state in advance so we may arrange

documentation in time. This will help ensure your goods reach you quickly and without hassles.

§ In case of Direct Advance Payment, please email us the payment proof immediately on payment to ensure quick shipping and timely delivery.

§ Ownership of goods is transferred only on receipt of 100% payment. All goods that have not been

completely paid for are still under the ownership of BBW Distributors Private Limited.

§ All statutory forms, documents are to be submitted to us within 30 days from date of invoice . Failure to submit the same in the given time will result in additional charges and penalties being accrued from you.

§ Any changes or corrections required in our sales invoice must be intimated to us within 15 days from

§ Repair or Replacement is given under warranty at the sole and absolute discretion of BBW

§ Products that have been modified or used other than intended or have been abused will not be covered under warranty

§ Warranty is not transferrable. Warranty can be availed by original owner only. We reserve the right to ask for any proof required for verification.
