Commissioning passwordCurrent legislation states that in order to prevent tampering and potentially hazardous programming errors, access to the pass codes required to enter commissioning mode should only be available to qualified and trained personnel.

Enter commissioningTo enter the commissioning mode, press and hold the OK button for 5 seconds.

The display will show the pass code '888'. Enter the pass code '745'. This is fixed and cannot be changed.

If the wrong passcode is entered, the display will return to showing the current process variable - run mode.

Special featuresCALIBRATION from the Run MenuEnables the operator (e.g. water treatment engineer / specialist) to calibrate the controller from the run menu. A pass code is not required. - Using the button, select 'CAL'.- Pressing OK button will access the calibration menu in commission mode. See

Section 6.3.10 CAL- calibration. - On completion or exiting calibration, the display will return to the process

variable run menu and normal control will be resumed.

This page MUST be removed after commissioning

and kept in a safe, access controlled location.

Testare alarma

2.1 Descriere generalaBC3150 este un controler pentru purjare pentru cazane de abdur. Controleaza TDS (totalitatea solidelor - sarurilor dizolvate insolutie) prin deschiderea si inchiderea robinetului de purjare. Echipamentul actioneaza prin controlareaconductivitatii lichidelor, impreuna cu un senzor de conductivitate Spirax Sarco, un robinet de purjare cazan sau un robinet dedescarcare condens. 2.2 Panoul frontalPanoul frontal are un monitor grafic LCD cu 3 cifre si o tastatura cu 5 butoane:

2.3 Using the buttons- Press the button to scroll through the menus.

- The OK button is used to enter the commissioning mode (press and hold for five seconds).

- The AL button can be used to test the alarm relay and the external circuits.

ButonDaca este apasat cand CAL este selectat,echipamentul poate fi calibrat din meniul de rulare, fara a fi nevoie sa se acceseze meniul de punere in functiune protejatde o parola.

2.6 Monitor LCDDupa pornirea initiala a echipamentului, va intra automat in modul de rulare. Conductivitatea actuala sau TDS va fi afisata sau 000 daca a fost setata o purjare sau echipamentul nu a fost calibrat.

In conditii normale de functionare (mod de rulare) monitorul arata valoaarea actuala a Totalitatea Solidelor Dizolvate (TDS) µS/cm sau ppm, in functie optiunea aleasa.

Toate plajele de valori si toti parametrii de operare sunt selectate folosind meniul programului.

Dupa ce este complet pus in functiune, valoarea TDS va alterna cu informatii referitoare la alarme si la statusurile robinetului.

Exemplu de status alarma:

Daca se produce o purjare, 'bLd' va fi afisat, urmat de tipul purjarii. Exemplu de status robinet:

2.7 Detaliile liniei de informatii (in ordinea prioritatilor):

Alarma:

Operatorul testeaza releul alarmei.

Valoarea PV a depasit nivelul alarmei.

Indica faptul ca releul alarmei a fost dezexcitat/decuplat.

Supapa de purjare TDS (Totalitatea Solidelor Dizolvate):

Valoarea TDS a crescut peste Punctul de Declansare (SP), si robinetul de purjare este este deschis timp de 10 secunde, dupa care este inchis 20 de secunde, panacand valoarea TDS scade sub curba de histeresis a SP.

Indica faptul ca releul de purjare este alimentat.

TDS a crescut peste valoarea setata (SP), si robinetul de purjare va fi deschis pana cand TDS scade sub curba histerezis a SP.

Este afisat in timpul unui ciclu de purjare (robinetul este deschis). La sfarsitul acestui timpechipamentul va indica 'Hi' sau va reincepe un interval de purjare.

Operatorul testeaza robinetul de purjare.

2.8 Afisarea mesajelor alarma /eroareDaca survine o eroare, va fi afisat 'ErX' va fi afisat la sfarsitul ecranelor parametrilor. Apasand butonul OK pentru 3 secunde se poate sterge mesajul si releul alarmei este repornit. Daca cauza nu a fost identificata, acelasi mesaj de eroare va reapare. Daca eroarea sau alarma este de tip blocare, doar mesajul va disparea. Releul alarmei va ramane fara alimentare pana cand se va introduce parola corecta in meniul de punere in functiune. Daca survin mai mult de o eroare sau alarma, urmatorul mesaj va aparea (in ordinea prioritatilor) dupa ce cel anterior a fost eliminat. Consultati Sectiunea 9 - Constatarea defectiunilor.

6. Commissioning6.1 General informationAll commissioning for the product is carried out via the front panel.

WARNING: On entering the commissioning mode the product will cease normal control. The control relay will shut the valve. For safety, the alarm relay will continue to operate as normal. To regain normal control, return to the run menu by selecting 'end'.

Note: If the purge time has been reset, a new purge interval will begin.

If during commissioning, the buttons are not pressed for over 5 minutes, the controller will revert to run mode and an error will be displayed. If the commissioning was incomplete the controller may not provide the correct control.

The product has no battery. The programmed settings are held in non-volatile memory (Flash) and are written to after changing a parameter and pressing the OK button.

6.2 Commissioning - Quick set-upThis section allows the user to carry out the minimum commissioning necessary to operate the system.

It accepts the defaults set in the factory, so will only work if the original default settings have not been altered. See default settings in Section 10, Technical information, to confirm.

Settings can then be tailored to suit the individual requirements of the customer / application if required.

WARNING:It is essential that you comply with National / local regulations and Guidance notes, and the boiler manufacturer’s recommendations. It is imperative that the settings you have accepted will allow the boiler to operate in a safe manner.

This procedure assumes a Pt100 is fitted to the controller.
