Bearings
Lesson Objective
Lesson Success Criteria
To learn how to work with bearings
Can solve problems that include bearings
What are bearings?Bearings are simply a way of giving directions.
They are more accurate than saying North, or East, or South, or West.
If provided with a distance then you can find the exact location.
Note:1. Bearings are always measured from North, which is 000° (or 360°).
Draw a line North for each point you are working with.
2. Bearings are measured clockwise and must have 3 figures.
