THE PROCESS

�e initial stages of planning were stunted. Brainstorming at my desk for

days with nothing to show for it. My o�ce was dull and dreary. Hardly a

good environment for creative work. �en it hit me.

I wanted my surroundings to have that extra �are to help me liven up.

One thing lead to another, and intricate illustrations were the result. So i

started designing them, one after another.

�e aim of this range is to provide a window where there is none.

Expansive and scenic is the name of the game. Designed to encourage

day dreaming and brainstorming, these canvas prints give your mind a

chance to zone out while you gather your thoughts.

landscape illustrations. Acting as a reminder whenever you’re procrasting,

looking around the room wondering what to do.

OUR FLAVOUR

We want our artwork to speak for itself, so the styling for the brand is minimal.

Colours are generally black and white with a few exceptions. We also utilize a

number of textures like timber and metal, but even those are used sparingly.

Having simple colours lets us to do a lot more with our labels. Our single colour

logos can easily be stamped or etched onto products or packaging, without the

loss of detail you’d �nd with more complicated styles. �e same can also be said

for our fonts, as black and white headings or body copy can be printed on almost

any surface without losing legibility.

What does Greenpeace do?

Greenpeace Australia is a well known non-for-pro�t organization with a passion for the

betterment of the environment. �ey have limited resources. But from helping stop

pollution of seas, to deforestation on land, they utilize donations and their political

in�uence to help condemn illegal or unsustainable practices.

However, a lot of their help relies on fundraising and donations which can often be

unpredictable. �is is why Bearly Design is doing all they can to help support their cause.

Help support us in combatting deforestation not only in Australia, but all over the world.

Our illustrations give you a window into beautiful sceneries and landscapes. Help those

places to not become works of �ction, with the Liven Up range.

Enter this section of the store and you’ll be greeted with unique, limited edition posters

and canvases. In buying any artwork from this range, Greenpeace Australia will plant a tree

in an area of your choosing.

On top of this, you can also choose what price to pay for your product. After covering the

cost of production, any excess money is donated to Fundraising Against Deforestation,

which helps Greenpeace and other organizations to spread the word and improve their

methods against the illegal lumber trade.
