What happened? Are we weak? Broken? No! We’ve just experienced some runner’s burnout. Here’s some ways to get over it.
• If your mind’s not there your body isn’t going anywhere
• Do a few exercise that jump start the brain instead of the body
• This applies to treadmill runners
• Running on the belt can get boring, and gym air can be stale
• Experience the challenge of road running, and be rewarded with a cool breeze!
• Every fourth week, reduce your routine distance by about half
• Your body will really make the most of that rest!
• Provides variety to your fitness routine
• Several activities include
• Biking
• Swimming
• Weight Training
