The Design Guidelines are a reflection of the tone and intentions of the brief, applying a Serif logoform typeface and San serif typeface for body copy along with a simple but elegant colour scheme, with the flexibility to be applied across a wide range of products and distribution.
‘Series One’ is the first of a series of five individual glyph characters from chosen typefaces and as designs for a range of T-shirts. Each typeface is a Serif example usually applied in type heavy copy and not appreciated for its individual form.

The series of 5 t-shirts featuring the individual characters from the 5 chosen typefaces. Each design applied to heavy-weight Royal Navy t-shirt with a high quality white vinyl. The vinyl gives a strong knockout of colour on the dark t-shirt, with a high quality finish. The t-shirt includes attention to detail accent label and the bottom collar of the garment and includes the Bc logo developed. On the reverse is a workign QR coding leading to an online store to purchase further garments from future ranges.

The Polo shirt which uses a defined placement of the Logo and also type accent on the rear to add attention to detail. The polo shirt uses the logoform to develop into a iconic piece of clothing, with similar examples very popular with other brands.

Bc.Beautiful Characters
ClarendonClarendon is an English slab-serif typeface that was created in England
by Robert Besley for the Fann Street Foundry in 1845.
Due to its popularity, Besley registered the typeface under Britain’s
Ornamental Designs Act of 1842. The patent expired three years later,
and other foundries were quick to copy it.
Clarendon is considered the first registered typeface, with the original
matrices and punches remaining at Stephenson Blake and later residing
at the Type Museum, London. They were marketed by Stephenson Blake
as Consort, though some additional weights (a bold and italics) were cut
