SEA SPA PEDICURE WITH A TWIST An even more luxurious pedicure treatment to include the lower leg and foot. Feet are exfoliated using Sea Salts to help remove dry, dead skin & wrapped in bandages using pure peppermint oil and fucus seaweed to help with puffy ankles and tired aching feet. GELLUX NAILS Gellux gel nail polish is a high gloss, fast drying, hard wearing alternative to nail polish that is chip resistant and lasts up to 15 days. It can be used both on the hands and feet and due to its hard wearing and long lasting nature it makes it ideal for holidays, weddings and everyday wear.
About the treatment The nails are filed into shape and the Gellux Gel Polish is then applied, but unlike normal nail polish it is cured under a UV lamp which means the application is instantly completely dry so there is no smudging and no waiting time.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Indian Head massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system and has been practised in India or thousands of years. It was originally used by women to help keep their hair in good condition, as the massage stimulates the circulation of the scalp which nourishes the hair roots. Today it not only improves the condition of hair but is also is one treatment that is guaranteed to lift you out of the stresses of daily life and provide you with a real cure for those aching, tense neck and shoulder muscles. The most common cause of poor blood flow is stress- generated muscle tension, by helping to relieve such tension; it provides an invaluable treatment for stress-linked problems such as headaches and eyestrain. Traditionally the massage was restricted to the head and hair but nowadays it has been extended to include the neck, shoulders, upper arms, scalp, and face and is a safe and effective therapy.

Many of us find that while on a diet we tend not to lose weight from the places that we would like, so the aim of this treatment is to try to bring about spot reduction concentrating of those specific areas. EUROPEAN SEAWEED TREATMENT This is a specialist treatment to improve the circulation, detoxify the body, re-mineralise, nourish, and moisturise the skin. An excellent treatment which aids in the removal of cellulite. Based on the traditions of European Thalassotherapy, the skin is first Dry Skin Brushed, and then fresh seaweed is smoothed over the body. CRYOTHERAPY Why not give this new body shaping treatment a try? It helps to firm, slim and energize the body concentrating on those all important areas the Hips, Abdomen, Thighs, and Backs of the Arms. The treatment commences with dry skin brushing to boost lymphatic flow and stimulating massage using Vita Cura Triple Action Slimming Cream containing essential oils of grapefruit, basil, and mint to help reduce the appearance of cellulite and firm the skin. Seaweed is next applied to act as a magnet to draw out toxins and waste products and cooled bandages which have been soaked in essential oil of peppermint are wrapped around the body to boost blood circulation. The body is then wrapped in a Mylar sheet to keep the body warm. Relaxation time follows during which time a scalp and facial massage will be given. After approximately 20 minutes the bandages will be removed and another brisk massage to move impurities to the main lymph nodes will commence.
