ARRIVALClients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time. We offer our guests a reliable timetable therefore arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing your full benefit and enjoyment. Your treatment will end on the time to prevent any inconvenience to the next guest and the same treatment price will apply.

TREATMENT TIMESTreatment lengths are indicated and 5 min should be deducted at the end for consultation and room changeover.The last treatment must finish at 6.30PM to allow time to get change and use changing room facilities.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations can be accepted up to 48 hours prior to a treatment without incurring a cancellation charge.

sansana Spa is an adult only spa and as such the thermal suite facilities are not permitted to children under 16.

All bookings are subject to a 24 hour Cancellation Policy – 50% charge on all cancellations.

Use of pool and relaxation suites is complimentary to guests havingtreatments over €60.

Guests who are having treatments for less than this value can upgrade to use the facilities for €15. Guests can arrive an hour before their treatment time to use the facilities.
