General Information

Minimums All events are required to meet a food and beverage minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to date, time or size of your event. The minimum for your event is stated on your

contract. Minimum expenditures do not include service charge, sales tax, or ceremony fees.

Booking Policy Beaver Brook Country Club takes reservations up to two years in advance. A date will be

considered confirmed as definite only with the return of a deposit and signed contract.

Deposits and Payment To confirm your date as definite, an initial deposit of 25% of your minimum food and

beverage expenditure will be due at signing of your contract. An additional deposit of 25% will also be due 6 months prior to your event date. The remaining balance and final count

will be due 10 days prior to your event by cash, certified check, or credit card.

Service Charge and Tax All Pricing is subject to a 20% Service Charge and New Jersey State Sales Tax.

The Service Charge is taxable in the state of New Jersey.

Menu Tasting Beaver Brook Country Club includes a menu tasting for all weddings. Please contact us to

schedule your menu tasting at least two weeks in advance.

Vendor Meals We provide vendor meals at $35.00 each. All vendor meals are chef’s choice (usually one of

the entrees you have selected for your event). The price also includes iced tea or a soft drink.

Children’s Meals Beaver Brook Country Club offers children’s meals for children under 12 years of age. We typically serve a fruit cup starter, followed by chicken fingers and French fries. Children’s

meals are charged at $16.00 per child. Alternate Options are available upon request.

Ceremony Rehearsal

Your Private Event Sales Team will schedule your ceremony rehearsal 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding based on space availability.
