Interval International is a timeshare travel company. Being their senior designer I was responsible for designing two different monthly magazines, Network, a corporate time-share industry title and Interval, a customer-based title. I was also responsible for producing a annual 300 page resort directory. Each directory was

translated and artworked in 11 languages. My role also often involved me in designing adverts for clients. Generally from day-to-day, this included initial design, picture sourcing, sending to print and checking chromalins. The corporate design always maintained a recognisable Interval International look.

A Creative Experience is a packaging company, working mainly for the computer games industry. I was responsible for designing/artworking boxes, manuals, ads, point-of-sale and other printed material. Companies included Sony, Nintendo, Infogrames, Eidos, Virgin, Disney. Also specialised in working with licensed character products i.e. Disney, Lara

Croft. Work was varied, including logo designs, book jackets, storyboards for ad campaigns and record/CD sleeves. I also produced CAD illustrations for 3-D products. All production was carried out to the highest standard. Position also included overseeing the artwork department and ensuring all briefs, costs and timings were met.

Responsible for the design, layout and production of a monthly young gay mens’ publication GayUK, AXM’s sister publication. I was also part of a small team that created the cover photography, ideas for features, photo retouching, photo sourcing, fashion shoots, and preparing all files for repro. My

daily art desk routine included; liasing with clients and ensuring all production was carried out to the highest standard achievable. Ensuring the Gay UKstyle was always retained. Overseeing the small artwork department and ensuring all briefs, costs and timings met.
