gastric bypass in Feb 2015 at Robert wood Johnson Hospital. She also has history of diabetes and hypertension

Wt. loss: 75 lbs. since Feb 2015 due to gastric by pass
Allergies: sulfa
Vital Signs:
Vital signs suggest patient’s blood pressure was elevated;
patient had a temperature of 101.0
Pulse rate was high at 87, resp rate of 27 and oxygen at
91%
Patient was started on oxygen.
ED PHYSICIAN:
Patient was evaluate by ED physician who determined
that patient may be having a myocardial infarction (MI)
