Beechcroft Senior Close-Out Procedures. We would like to share some very important information about close out procedures. Please consider this information as you begin your graduation plans so that you are able to enjoy every aspect of this very significant milestone. o Close-Out and Cap & Gown distribution will be held May 26 th -May 27th. During that time, students/families will be asked to remain in their vehicles. This requirement is necessary to ensure that we maintain safety protocols and keep the traffic moving freely. o Students will Check-in upon arrival. Please give the volunteer your name so that any personal belongings left in your locker can be retrieved for you. You will only be able to pick up items that were left in your assigned locker. o Volunteers will be available at the Drop-Off Area to collect your textbooks, Chromebooks, calculators and anything else you need to return to the school. Students who need to pay fees will be directed to the Fees area to get a copy of your statement or for assistance with accessing Parent/Student Portal to pay fees. o Each student must have paid all outstanding fees and fines from ALL YEARS in order to receive cap & gown, diploma, etc. o Students who are clear to go will proceed to the Pick-Up Area where their personal belongings will be placed in the trunk of their vehicles for “no-contact” delivery.

In preparation for the virtual graduation ceremony, we will be requesting cap and gown photos of each graduate. Please look for additional information for how to submit your photos.
Details regarding pick-up of diplomas will come in a later communication.
