Pursuant to §30-10-305(1)(a), MCA, it appears to the Commissioner that the above
named Respondents CARUBA INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CORPORATION,
TRADEWINDS HOLDING COMPANY, THE JUST FOUNDATION, LINDA RIPKA,
IVAN SHEW-A-TJON, and GARY NELSON have engaged or are about to engage in an act
or practice constituting a violation of the Securities Act of Montana, and pursuant to §30-10-102,
MCA, it is in the public interest to ORDER CARUBA INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
CORPORATION, TRADEWINDS HOLDING COMPANY, THE JUST FOUNDATION,
LINDA RIPKA, IVAN SHEW-A-TJON, and GARY NELSON to CEASE AND DESIST
from the following actions:
1. Any actions or activity wherein CARUBA INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
CORPORATION, TRADEWINDS HOLDING COMPANY, THE JUST
FOUNDATION, LINDA RIPKA, IVAN SHEW-A-TJON, and GARY NELSON
act in violation of the Montana Securities Act, Title 30, Chapter 10, Parts 1-3, MCA;
2. Any actions or activity wherein CARUBA INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
CORPORATION, TRADEWINDS HOLDING COMPANY, THE JUST
FOUNDATION, LINDA RIPKA, IVAN SHEW-A-TJON, and GARY NELSON
engage in unethical or dishonest acts in violation of §30-10-201, MCA;
3. Any actions or activity wherein CARUBA INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
CORPORATION, TRADEWINDS HOLDING COMPANY, THE JUST
FOUNDATION, LINDA RIPKA, IVAN SHEW-A-TJON, and GARY NELSON
offer or sell unregistered securities in violation of §30-10-202, MCA;
4. Any act, practice, or course of business BY CARUBA INTERNATIONAL
BUSINESS CORPORATION, TRADEWINDS HOLDING COMPANY, THE
JUST FOUNDATION, LINDA RIPKA, IVAN SHEW-A-TJON, and GARY
