It is important renters are aware of every detail in regards to the property they intend to stay in. Here are a few key
questions you should ask before agreeing to rent the property:

▸ What happens if a family emergency occurs prior to checking in?
▸ What are the circumstances that would lead to loss of a deposit?

Be sure the renter’s definition of child- or pet-friendly align with yours
▸ Are the accommodations child proofed?
▸ Is there anything that may be harmful to pets or small children (stairs, plants, etc.).
