She was our junior yearling entry at 2014 Nationals in early July 2014. When ALICE got toLouisville she bought some awesome alfalfa at the National show for our does and DILEXpromptly foundered. In spite of that she was 3rd place out of 9 at Nationals July 16, 2014!As of December 26th 2014, she was no longer “paddle-walking” so it was going to be “All aboutthat udder”. It came out really awesome, but Alice’s cheap milkers almost ruined it. Their idea of milking is bring the doe, in, teat dip, put the inflations on, push the doe out. The fact that no milkcame out of the udder didn’t bother them. Count on Alice to hire three cheap incompetent peopleinstead of one expensive competent herdsman every time. So DILEX is not having a good second lactation. But she showed O.K. in spite of the udder damage - one of the best 4 yearlings, if youlevel her out. She kidded in March 2016 and the mammary was uneven again. URRGHHH! Samefor 2017 when she came with three dead kids. She is a big power doe, and a lover, but toosensitive. Needs to be stretchier. Meaning - it looks GOOD buther family as a whole has average udders. Scott hand milked this doe and he really likes her buckkids for a dairyman that does not register. The udder milks down to almost nothing, she is strong,she is friendly and willing.,
