BEGO filter module – for the highest level of safety in your laboratory
The cobalt and quartz dust inevitably produced in the labora-tory during, for example, the polishing or sandblasting of nearly all dental technology work, is suspected to be carcinogenic.Protect yourself and your staff from carcinogenic dust!Within the dental industry, only the BEGO filter moduleprovides you with the highest protection level from Class H dust.
As an optimal complement to our blasting devices, we recom-mend the BEGO filter module, which offers you many advan-tages in terms of occupational safety and value for money.
Highest level of occupational safety:• Complies with the highest protection class H (this means that
every unit is checked to assure the H classification)• Efficiently protects you from carcinogenic dust
Value for money:• The available automatic switch-on function is ideal at enabling
the filter module to be used in direct combination with the blasting devices
• The module is automatically switched on and off by the activa-tion or deactivation of the blasting device
• The power consumption is reduced, costs are lowered and the environment is protected
Push & clean function:• For constantly high suction, even with an increasingly full filter
bag
BEGO filter module
What does Dust Class H mean?
• While dust in the Dust Classes L and M counts as “light” and “medium”, dust (e.g., cobalt) in Class H is categorised as highly hazardous due to its carcinogenic properties.
• Safe work with such hazardous dust requires fi ltering of 99.995% of the dust as well as dust-free disposal of the fi lter – the BEGO fi lter module enables both!

BEGO blasting devices – four helpers for your laboratory
EasyBlast
EasyBlast For a perfect view during preparation
Simple, multifaceted and ergonomic• Integrated LED illumination in the pencil blaster for optimal,
shadow-free vision when preparing – even within the crown• For thorough removal of investment material and oxides in order
to avoid unwanted biological reactions in the patient• With the help of the LED technology it is possible to detect
cracks in the ceramic as early as during the sandblasting – earliest possible quality assurance and avoidance of subse-quent complaints
• LED illumination in the blasting chamber offers a service life up to 10 times longer than conventional lamps for cost-efficient working
• The new EasyBlast can be upgraded with 2 additional blasting modules to create a 4-chamber blasting device – that saves you buying another device
• The intelligent colour-coding system on the tanks and in the sandblasting chamber with the aid of LED lights makes it impossible to mix up the blasting material
• EasyBlast basic is a version of EasyBlast, but does not have LED technology integrated in the pencil blaster
Protempomatic plusFully automatic sandblaster for up to 6 cast partial denture frameworks simultaneously
Effi cient, quick, cost-effective• The integrated aiming sight in the nozzle allows the workpiece to
be placed exactly in the sand jet for quick, efficient blasting• Efficient use of blasting material underscores cost-efficient
working• The LED illumination in the blasting chamber has a service life
up to 10 times longer than conventional lamps, which ensures reduced maintenance costs and cost-efficient working
• The swivelling nozzle makes it possible to use the device as an automatic or manual blasting device – for maximum application possibilities in your laboratory
• The nozzle has a magnetically lockable start position to aid the precise setting of the optimal nozzle angle during automatic and manual blasting for optimal blasting results
• The inspection window is secured with a magnetic switch: When it is opened, the blasting is interrupted immediately – for highest occupational safety
• The basket can be removed with just one simple movement – for even more convenience during manual blasting
• Protempomatic is also available without a filter module for connection to the central extraction unit

Push & clean function:• For constantly high suction, even with an increasingly full filter
bag

What does Dust Class H mean?
• While dust in the Dust Classes L and M counts as “light” and “medium”, dust (e.g., cobalt) in Class H is categorised as highly hazardous due to its carcinogenic properties.
• Safe work with such hazardous dust requires fi ltering of 99.995% of the dust as well as dust-free disposal of the fi lter – the BEGO fi lter module enables both!

Push & clean function:• For constantly high suction, even with an increasingly full filter
bag

What does Dust Class H mean?
• While dust in the Dust Classes L and M counts as “light” and “medium”, dust (e.g., cobalt) in Class H is categorised as highly hazardous due to its carcinogenic properties.
• Safe work with such hazardous dust requires fi ltering of 99.995% of the dust as well as dust-free disposal of the fi lter – the BEGO fi lter module enables both!
