TonerGreen collects used printer cartridges from local organizations.

The used printer cartridges are sorted.

After being sorted, the laser toner cartridges are disassembled.

The printer cartridges are also inspected and damaged parts are replaced.

If there are damaged parts found, these are replaced with new ones to avoid any cartridge problem.

After inspection, the cartridges are cleaned too.

After the quality control measures, the laser toner cartridges are reassembled.

Then these remanufactured laser toner cartridges are refilled with new toner.

The refilled toner cartridges are tested to make sure that these create high quality printouts.

Printing tests are also done to see the if the cartridge will work perfectly fine with a specific printer.

When the laser toner cartridge has passed all the tests, it is prepared for packaging.

The remanufactured laser toner cartridge is now ready to be sold.
