Before• Plan your journey • Plan your outfit – wear your volunteer T-shirt or dress smartly depending on the event• Allow 30 minutes to get everything set up before the event starts• Charity materials will already be at the venue.

During• Locate the materials – you might need to ask around!• Set up your stand/table - be creative with how you arrange things!• Take a few photos of yourself in action• Remember the 4 things you M-U-S-T do!

After• If you have leftover materials, tell people to take them back to their office for their collaegues• E-mail your event photos to – [email protected]• Claim your Expenses – you can claim reasonable travel costs and up to £5 for your lunch• Feedback to the Volunteer Team – with any improvements or comments about your day

Question: My fridge is broken, will the Charity be able to help me buy a new one?Answer: If anyone asks specific questions about help given by the Charity we do not expect you to be able to give them an answer.
