Chocolate Mousse
chocolademousse
Ingredients 200 gr (0.44 pounds) dark chocolate
285 ml (10.5 oz) cream
20 gr (0.05 pounds) fresh butter
2 big organic eggs
Preparation…
Break the chocolate in small pieces.
Seperate the albumen and egg yolk from each other.
Step 1
Choose a cooking pot with a thick soil and heat the cream until it’s nearly cooking. Take off the stove and
let it cool down for about one minute.
Step 2
Add the pieces of chocolate to the cream and stir until the chocolate is entirely melted.
Step 3
Add the egg yolk end stir until you become a nice mixture. While stiring, add the butter.
When the chocolate starts to seperate, let it cool down, add some cold milk and start stiring again…
Step 4
Whisk the albumen (white part of the egg) and ladle it with the chocolate-cream
Step 5
Put the Chocolate Mousse in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (best 1 day).
Feel free to lick everything clean…
