URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE • Mohali ISBT Complex – Total investment of `4320 million.

Mohali Junction is India’s fi rst air-conditioned ISBT built on BOT basis. It comprises of an air-conditioned bus terminus coupled with commercial complexes, a luxury hotel with banquet facilities. Once complete, it would raise the profi le of the city of Mohali.

Our transformation from a road-building organization to a large scale infrastructure company began as we forayed into water supply, sanitation and sewerage sector. We have made a modest beginning with an order `730 million for “providing, laying, and testing Trunk Sewer and Outfall Sewer” in Jabalpur. The key to meeting our clients’ goals on these challenging projects has been a thorough understanding of the stringent quality standards and specialized systems required for these high value assignments.
