Mohali Junction is India’s fi rst air-conditioned ISBT built on BOT basis. It comprises of an air-conditioned bus terminus coupled with commercial complexes, a luxury hotel with banquet facilities. Once complete, it would raise the profi le of the city of Mohali.

This project was also in a sensitive area of Afghanistan and involvedconnecting the major Afghanistan city of Kandahar to the border of Pakistan. There were numerous operating challenges inspite of which the project was completed in November 2005.
