Example Three
Roger changes from a dirty, dishonest, thief at the beginning of the story to boy who knows right from wrong. Roger was a dynamic character because of this change. At the beginning of the story Roger tries to steal a woman's pocketbook, but this woman, Ms. Jones, takes the boy home and works to make him a better person. Ms. Jones said "I got a right mind to teach you right from wrong." This shows that she took time to make sure that he would leave her home and be a better person. Ms. Jones changed Roger from a thief to a respectable young man.
