• Trucks are required to enter and exit
using Detroit, and will use W 117th to
enter and exit the city.
• Franklin will not be used for truck
traffic.

• Any work outside (e.g. demolition) is required to
meet city code:
• 8 am – 9 pm, Monday – Saturday;
• No work on Sundays or holidays
• Work on the inside of the building can occur
outside these hours as long as the noise
ordinances are met
HOURS OF OPERATION
SURVEY & VIBRATION MONITORING
• The city has contracted with Edward Walter & Associates to conduct vibration monitoring
• Ensure that vibration limits for a residential neighborhood are not exceeded.
• For properties immediately adjacent to the hospital site
