There are a few extra features on this model, it can detect irregular heart beats (if there is a 25% variation in beats) it can be set for the date/time and has 2 memory banks for 120 readings (two people can use this and keep their own results separate), average readings from the last 3 results too. All of these are handy to have and enhance the product. Top reading is systolic, lower diastolic with pulse readings on the right
