Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2005. The yacht was brought from Spain to its current location in 2016 for a refit. The ongoing refit is not yetcompleted. The cost to complete the refit depends on the wishes of the buyer. In the attachments a part of a valuation report from 2018. No workhas taken place since then.

In the bow is a spacious two-person owner's cabin with private bathroom, complete with shower, sink and toilet. From the owner's cabin oneenters the salon. This has a spacious seating area that can easily be converted into a double berth. On the starboard side is an L-shaped galleywith double sink, cooker and cool box. There is plenty of cupboard space in the galley. The chart table is located opposite the galley on the portside. The stern offers space for two double cabins with the necessary storage space, these cabins have their own bathroom on the port side nearthe chart table. A staircase between the chart table and the galley leads to the cockpit. This has a bench on both sides with a folding table in themiddle. At the back of the cockpit is the double steering position with the necessary navigation equipment. A swimming platform is integrated inthe stern. The vessel is complete, is in good condition, but due to extensive modernisation, not yet fully completed. The boat cushions (blue) arestored separately in plastic. Before delivery, the tools and rebuilding materials shown in the photos are removed from the boat.
