• Survey of Toronto– “Can we learn from each other by comparing services
between IAAO members?”– Focus on basic operations of admission of students,
relations with institutes and questions on other services like management information
• Results of survey are interesting– Answers give (some) insight in similarities and
differences between IAAO members
