It provides a central place to manage information about individuals that are being nurtured through the pre-application process. Dynamically generated lists will help you manage your daily call activities and automated data entry tools will make recording your activities simple. MANY OF THE TOOLS IN RAINMAKER DEPEND ON THE CATEGORIES YOUR LEAD SOURCES ARE PLACED IN. WHEN ADDING LEADS OR CONTACTS - Individually, or when uploading a list, you will be prompted to specify a Category that the Lead(s) or Contact(s) will be assigned. If no Category is assigned, the Lead(s) or Contact(s) will be assigned to the“Personal Contact” category. CATEGORIES ARE USED TO MANAGE “COMPANY CONCIERGE” CAMPAIGNS THAT MAY BE SET-UP BY YOUR MARKETING DEPARTMENT. The campaigns are optional and may be managed by the User within their “Company Concierge” page. No “Company Concierge” campaigns are set up for any contacts placed in the “Personal Contact” category.

OVERVIEWThis module is intended to assist Loan Originators in the administration, execution, and documentation of their Lead and Prospect activities. It provides a central place to manage information about individuals that are being nurtured through the pre-application process. Dynamically generated lists will help you manage your daily call activities and automated data entry tools will make recording your activities simple.

MANY OF THE TOOLS IN RAINMAKER DEPEND ON THE CATEGORIES YOUR LEAD SOURCES ARE PLACED IN.

WHEN ADDING LEADS OR CONTACTS - Individually, or when uploading a list, you will be prompted to specify a Category that the Lead(s) or Contact(s) will be assigned. If no Category is assigned, the Lead(s) or Contact(s) will be assigned to the“Personal Contact” category.

CATEGORIES ARE USED TO MANAGE “COMPANY CONCIERGE” CAMPAIGNS THAT MAY BE SET-UP BY YOUR MARKETING DEPARTMENT. The campaigns are optional and may be managed by the User within their “Company Concierge” page. To add Contacts to a Category:

A. Click on the “Contacts” tab B. Then click the “Add/Edit Group” link

C. Select “Manage Company Category Assignments”

CATEGORIES GROUPS

In addition to managing Company Concierge campaigns, adding Leads or Contacts to a Category will populate your dropdown lists in the “RAINMAKER” Greatness Tracker. For example, adding all of your Realtors to the Realtor Partner category will add them to the Company Category dropdown list and allow you to search for all your realtors.

All contacts must belong to one of the following Categories:

• Realtor Partner• Business Contact• New Recruit• Personal Contact• Previous Borrower• Builder

Groups offer additional search filtering and marketing options. Leads or Contacts can belong to as many Groups as you like, however, they can only belong to one Category.

Example: You may want to create a Group for a specific Real Estate Company where you have several Realtors that you work with. Searching your “Realtor Partners” Category displays “ALL” of the realtors that have been added to that Category. From that list, you can select the Realtors you wish to include in your new Real Estate Company Group. This makes it simple to add this Group to a marketing campaign or a call list.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “CATEGORIES” AND “GROUPS”. ALL CONTACTS MUST BELONG TO A “CATEGORY”,

HOWEVER, ADDING THEM TO A “GROUP” IS OPTIONAL.

Searching Contacts

Additional Information

Another way to add a Contact to a Category is from their individual Contact Recorda. Go to the Contacts tab and search for your Contact.b. Click on their Last Name to open their Contact Record.c. In the Additional Information section, use the dropdown menu to select a Category.

Adding Contacts to Categories and creating Groups will improve your experience with the tools provided in RAINMAKER as well as search filtering and marketing.

Follow the steps to Search for your contact, select them and add them to a Category. Click “Save”.

Navigating to RAINMAKER

From any page in Unify, place your cursor over RAINMAKER and click. Here you will have access to all of the easy to use tools to help you accurately track and manage your daily activities.

Begin by clicking the “Lead Tracker” link. A list of the “Clickable Icons”, and their purpose, is displayed below.

View/Edit – Opens the Lead Tracker Details associated with the contact. Click the Back button to return to the Lead Tracker Call List.

Log a Response – Record outcome of your call to the contact, or leave a General Comment. This information will appear in the Call Lists, RAINMAKER Reports, and Contact Details.

Report Notes – Hover over this icon to view up to the last 5 Response entries.

Preferred Contact Method – The preferred method will be highlighted in the contact list, you can click a contacts email address to open a new email.

Create a Follow-Up – Click on this icon to quickly set up a Task, Calendar item or Scheduled Call that will sync directly to your Unify/Outlook calendar.

There are two ways to add a new “Lead” that you would like to monitor in “Lead Tracker.” To add a new lead, that is not currently in your database, click on the “Quick Add” link in the top navigation. This will take you to the “New Lead Intake” form. Complete the information on the form and click “Save”.

A. Information entered into this form when “Saved”, will automatically populate your “Lead Tracker Call List” as well as the initial data that populates the “Lead Tracker Details” screen. This new lead will also be added to your “Contacts” in Unify.

B. You can also Import a Contact or Lead from your current database by utilizing the “Import” feature from the “Lead Tracker Call List” screen. Click the “Import” button and search any portion of a name or email address in your Unify contact list. Clicking “Select” will choose the contact to import.

Call lists are automatically created from the Lead Intake form to automate the organization of your Lead Follow-Up activities. Activities logged while using this tool automatically update your monthly Lead Tracker Reports.

A. You can edit your “Lead” details by clicking on the “Pencil” icon on the “Lead Tracker Call List”. This will take you to the “Lead Tracker Details” page where you can update your contacts information.

The “Lead Tracker Details” page allows you to record details of your interactions with your prospect, set their “Dispositions” within your lead pipeline or start a Marketing Campaign. Many of the entries you make on this page makes changes in other areas of the system. Here are some examples:

B. Changes in the “Personal Info” section also saves information into “Contacts” within Unify.• The “Contact Preference” field highlights the preferred contact method in the “Lead Tracker Call List”.

C. Changes in the “Follow Up” section affect the appearance of the “Lead Tracker Call List.” • “Status” color codes the “Call List” record so you can easily identify hot prospects.• Dispositions help in sorting your list.• Date fields post to the “Call List” so you can stay on top of next steps.

A. Call lists are automatically created from the “Top 40 Realtors” contact group automating the organization of your Realtor calls. Activities logged while using this tool automatically update your monthly “Greatness Tracker” reports.

NOTE: To include Realtors in the “Top 40 Realtors” group, add them to the contact group.

B. Go to the “Contacts” tab and click contact management, search for your contact. Select the Realtor you would like to add by clicking on the last name of your contact. This will open your View/Edit/Add Contact page.

C. Scroll to the bottom right corner of the page to view the contact groups available, or add a new group. Select, or create, a “Contact Group” (example: Top 40 Realtors) and click the “Add” arrows to move your contact into the selected group. You can add a contact to as many Groups as you wish.

Call lists are automatically created from the Active Loans in your LOS system. Activities logged while using this tool automatically update your monthly “Greatness Tracker” reports.

NOTE: This data comes from your Loan Origination Software and may require review and management of the data in that system.

a. This report is populated automatically by entries you make in the Lead Tracker call lists and the associated Lead Details screen. You are able to view current reports, as well as navigate to previous months, to review your history and download reports as a pdf’s.

REPORTS

The “Reports” section contains reports created for one of the industry’s leading coaching businesses. These may be modified in the future but still provide a great resource for tracking your business building activities. At this time, there is no cost to use these forms, however, this may change at some point.

This form is completed automatically as you use the tools in the Greatness Tracker call lists. You are also able to make entries directly into this page and can view previous week’s activities and download reports as pdf’s.

If you wish to make entries manually, click on the “+” sign. To edit entries, click on the “name” and enter your edits in the dialog box.

A. Set your default commission in the “Commission Rate” tool and click “Save”.B. All commission amounts are editableC. Checking “Exclude” removes the loan and commissions from the calculations.

Note:Tools at the bottom of the page help you track projected earnings and averages.
