reAssess Summit #2 Sunday, March 13 Noon-4PM Please register now for Summit #2 as we continue to see where God is leading Bethel in the ministry He has given to us. REGISTER AT: tinyurl.com/bethelsummit2 Our facilitator, Gary Janetzke, returns for the second phase of our reFocusing/reAssess process, and we build upon what we gathered from Summit #1 and the Brainstorming Sessions. Youth are encouraged to take part in the Summit. Everyone is welcome to attend--even if you haven't attended previous sessions. Lunch will be provided. Bring your children! Join us at the Bethel Garden Opening Fair to learn all about the garden, assist in starting seeds, taste test some fun recipes, learn about composting, nutrition, and more! Easter Lily Plant(s) Deadline is TODAY. Order your Easter lily plant(s) now. The lilies are used to beautify our worship space on Easter day and then you can take your lilies after the 10:45 a.m. service or pick up later in the week. The plants are $11 each, order forms are on the Hub. Board’oeuvres Come for an evening of fun and fellowship from 7:00–9:00 p.m. Friday, March 18. Bring your family. Bring your friends. Teach someone your favorite card game or board game. Everyone is welcome. Don’t forget a snack/appetizer to share and a favorite game. Are you a Sunday Driver? Drivers are needed to occasionally give rides to church for members or friends who can’t drive. Please let the church office or Dave Ross ([email protected]) know if you are willing to be a Sunday Driver. Spring Clean Up Join the Property Management Team on Saturday March 12 as they start to "wake up" Bethel's building and grounds for spring! We'll start at 8:30 a.m. with a prayer and run to approximately 11:30 a.m. Outside projects will be weather dependent. Coffee, donuts and juice will be provided along with tools and supplies. A project list will be posted on the bulletin board by the kitchen. Can't be there at 8:30 a.m. or for the whole time? Come when you can, stay as long as you can, many hands make for quicker work. Let us know you'll be there with a quick note to [email protected] so we can have a donut count. Choice Dollars Thrivent Financial members have until March 31 to direct any remaining 2015 Choice Dollars®. After that date, Choice Dollars® will expire. With Thrivent Choice®, you can recommend where some of Thrivent Financial's charitable outreach funds go. Since 2010, members have used this program to direct $300 million to churches and nonprofits nationwide. COOL Needs COOL is looking for a used snow thrower and a small lawn mower to use at the new offices. Handyman's Corner At the January voters’

meeting the congregation voted to make two property improvements. 1.) Replacing the office copier at a cost up to $5,000. 2.) Adding gutters to the gymnasium and pre-school at a cost up to $8,750. While there are some funds available for these items, additional funds were approved to be taken from savings to pay for these improvements. If you are so moved to give above your normal giving towards these items, please place your donation in the offering and mark it appropriately.

Bethel Easter Egg Hunt On Saturday, March 26 from

10:00 a.m.—11:00 a.m. we will have our annual Easter egg hunt. The hunt is for families with children from birth through grade 3. Please sign up on the list on the Hub so we know how

many children to expect. Young people in grade 4 through grade 8 are invited to help hide the eggs and assist with the crafts. If you are interested in assisting from 9:00 a.m.— 11:00 a.m. please contact Karen Kozlik at [email protected] or call 847-613-7756.

Easter Candy Donations Deadline is Sunday, March 20.

Easter candy donations are needed to make our annual Easter egg hunt a great success! Candy donations must be individually wrapped and fit inside a plastic egg. There will be a drop off box in the back of church next week or drop off in the church office.

F.E.E.T. We’re back! F.E.E.T. will resume on

Tuesday, March 8th at 6:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for our 4th and 5th graders in the Fellowship Hall. We are excited to be starting up again, and we plan on having a great 6 weeks together! We will continue our discussion about
