CORODEK® is a traditional corrugated roofing profile that is suitable where high deformation resistance is required. CORODEK® is high tensile steel, corrugated roofing and wall cladding manufactured from 0.42mm and 0.48mm BMT* COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel or galvanised steel. CORODEK® can be custom cut and comes in the standard range of COLORBOND® steel colours. Minimum roof pitch is 5° for continuous sheets and no end laps.

Product Overview
METLOK® 700 is custom length steel roofing manufactured from 0.42mm and 0.48mm BMT* COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel sheeting grade G550/AZ150 (550MPa minimum yield stess) coated with a minimum 150gm² zinc/aluminium alloy.
Each sheet has a normal cover width of 700mm and is designed to lock over concealed fixing clips, which in turn are fixed to supporting members. It is manufactured by continuous roll form method.

Product Overview
SPANPLUS comes in steel and ROOFLITE® materials. It is a custom length roofing profile that has been purpose designed for non trafficable areas.
SPANPLUS 500™ complies with all the relevant standards and is available in double-sided COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel.
SPANPLUS ROOFLITE® sheets allow natural lighting to covered areas. Its 250mm slimline cover provides a modern, visually pleasing finish to patios, awnings and carport applications.
LengthSPANPLUS has a 500mm cover which allows ease of handling during installation. Sheets are available to a minimum length of 1200mm and are manufactured to length, to minimise wastage onsite.

MINI CORODEK® is suited to both exterior and interior cladding but is not intended as a principal roofing material. It can be applied straight or curved.
Manufactured with an overall profile depth of 6mm, overall width of 877mm and effective cover of 825mm, MINI CORODEK® has the same traditional shape as CORODEK® but has smaller ridges and a reduced ridge height.
The corrugations can be used in a vertical or horizontal direction. The longitudinal corrugations of the product provide substantial strength and rigidity along the length of the sheet while allowing for curving across its width.

The METRIB® cladding profile comes in ZINCALUME® steel and a wide variety of COLORBOND® steel colours.
It can be applied to internal as well as external structures but it requires underlying support infrastructure.
The longitudinal flutes provide rigidity along the length of the sheet whilst retaining full flexibility across the width.
METRIB® can be used on interior or exterior walls, on straight or curved surfaces and with the flutes installed in a horizontal or vertical direction.

TRIMFENCE® is manufactured from COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME® steels. It is a strong, durable and low maintenance profile. A fencing infill sheet is available in standard lengths and has double-sided finish. These infill sheets are not identical on both sides.
MINI CORODEK®

Product Overview
The new generation of translucent glass reinforced polyester wall and roofing panels are designed to transmit controlled lighting into industrial, greenhouse, residential, commercial buildings and sports stadiums.
Manufactured in Australia, ROOFLITE® is produced using leading edge material technology and design innovation to ensure the highest product quality and consistency.
The panels are made from quality translucent fibre, reinforced polyester, and are manufactured in Domestic Grade 1200gsm and 1800gsm and Industrial Grade 2400gsm, 3050gsm, 3660gsm, 4200gsm, and 4800gsm.
These sheets are produced using high quality resin and can be manufactured to match a variety of roofing and walling profiles.
The off the shelf product profiles are compatible with conventional Metroll roofing materials and are easy to install with conventional roofing panels. These sheets are weatherproof and can withstand extreme weather conditions, be it rain, heat, cold, snow and even hailstorms.
ROOFLITE® panels are flexible, tough and impact resistant, and properly installed, these increase the safety levels within buildings. They come in opal and clear panels that block out 99% UV rays. Although ROOFLITE® roofing sheets are industry proven for minimal maintenance, regular cleaning maintains the daylight lighting factor.

Fasteners

Fasteners are manufactured in a wide range of materials from common steel to titanium, plastic and other exotic materials. The fastener material determines the strength, brittleness, corrosion resistance, galvanic corrosion properties and cost. These fasteners come in a variety of coatings to enhance their corrosion resistance and appearance.
Designed specifically for premium metal roof and wall applications, these fasteners comply with standard AS3566 Class 4 if the basic objective of having fastener and cladding compatible life spans are to be met.
Purlins & Girts - Galvanised C & Z Sections
