FOLLOW UP AND EVALUATION MATRIX - STRUCTURE

A follow – up & evaluation matrix has been designed in order to:

Assess the progress of indicators for each expected result, according to their sources of verification

Assess the progress of results achievement for each work package

Propose corrective measures when necessary

At the end of the project, provide information for the evaluation report

FOLLOW UP AND EVALUATION MATRIX - STRUCTURE

One matrix for each Work – Package:

Left part of the matrix: to be filled by Maria - FADE which will ask for the necessary information to the rest of the members: indicators performance, date of achievement.

Right part of the matrix: to be filled by each member of the consortium and then to be consolidated by Maria – FADE: internal qualitative assessment on the progress of each result + open comments + proposed corrective measures

TO DECIDE IN THIS MEETING:

The frequency / schedule in which the matrix is going to be filled / updated from now until the end of the project

My proposal: after one year of project performance, a first version of the follow – up matrix should be undertaken, with the participation of all the consortium members (decide a date to submit)

Decide the next dates for the matrix update (depending on project performance, audit requirements and so on…)

EXERCISE:Fill the right part of the matrix for Work Package 2 - Results
